Hey,

I’m back from where I started. After having no more gains I made a big mistake, I started overdoing it. When I had positive results I was a happy man, I gained .5” in girth and length within months. After a while results came to a stand still so I increased pressure while jelqing, increased clamp time and increased stretch time. I didn’t take the negative PI’s seriously and just kept on going, wanting to gain more. Most of the time my penis felt cold after the routines, a bad bad thing. I became fixated so I decided, after too long a time, to stop for a couple of months and then get started again from the beginning. And here I am, a newbie again. Strangely enough it feels alright, having learned that PE is something worth the while I realise that I must be patient. A week ago I began the linear routine, slowly and with confidence, taking time and excepting the fact that overdoing it is not the way to achieve a bigger penis.

And please don’t over do it, you have only one dick and it’s not replicable. And as for clamping, if your a newbie it’s a big NO, NO! Clamping is a hard core PE exercise, the risks are high if your new to it and if the dick isn’t in shape. I mean, you need some decent time on PE to start some thing like that. I say, clamping is for the seniors and vets of PE!

Were you able to cement your gains before taking a break?

I know Luka, sorry but I forgot to mention that I’ve been with the program for about 18 months. At first I didn’t gain but thanks to marinera, who gave really good advice, I started to gain. I became to enthusiastic and wanted to gain more and more, that’s what killed the gains. I didn’t realize it at first and neglected the negative PI’s and pushed myself to the point I had to stop. A very important lesson. This is the reason I gave myself time off, leave it and start again. And so I have, with the newbie routine.

I haven’t measured yet kooljake so I don’t know if I lost my gains. I stopped on the spot, I had to because there was no other way. I will measure and let you know.
Besides, I don’t think cementing is real, I think maintenance is. There are lots of ideas about cementing ventilated on the forum, some think it works, some don’t. IMHO maintenance is the real deal of you don’t want to loose your gains.

kooljake, as promised:

I started with el 6.3 and eg 5.7.

I ended with and still am/have 6.8 and 6.2.

So I don’t know if it’s permanent or how long it takes for growth to diminish. I do know the growth is still here and I can go on with a great start. Me so happy yes yes yes!!!

If it’s been a couple of months I would say those gains are definitely cemented, which is awesome for you!! I definitely believe that gains can be cemented because if you look at someone like Bib, who has gained over 4.5 inches, I really don;t see his dick shrinking back that much if he stopped. Maybe a little, but not that much. This is just my opinion. Anyways, back to the point, this is awesome for you because you’re not starting back at square one!! :)

I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks. My dick is already feeling thicker and longer. I did 40jelqs then 20 stretches for 10 seconds whilst doing the muscle exercise. Now moved up to 60 and will continue to increase by 20 each week. Hope this works well for me.

You know it kooljake! This feels so absolutely amazingly fantastic! I really thought I had to start all over again, such relief I won’t have to. I lost time, but I learned a lesson.
Cementing……. I really don’t know. I think PE is for life so I don’t worry about losing gains. And besides, from all I’ve read on thunders I have learned that PE is very personal in the way that some things work for one but not necessarily for the other.

Goodluck oohyeah and check for PI’s on a regular basis!
