Just thought I’d introduce myself here. I’m new to thunder’s place but not to PE. I already have an account on pegym. I’ve been PEing for about 6 months altogether now and haven’t seen any results. Hoping to get some advice so I can actually gain (hopefully).

My Stats (starting)
BPEL: 8.25”
EG: 5”

Short Term Goal:
BPEL: 9”
EG: 5.5”

Long Term Goal:
BPEL: 10”
EG: 6”

Advice, tips, comments would be great!
Deff. Trying to get more girth but also want at least another inch in length! So far I’ve just done jelqs, stretches, and edge!

Dont forget kegels.. very important

What exactly do these do?

Kegels!!! They are the exercise for the muscles in charge of pumping the blood into your unit. If you dont do them and keep doing PE you will loose EQ. and end up with a big floppy penis.

I assume you know how to ‘rev’ you unit IE: make it swell up and engorge further. so To work these bad boys.

Get a good erect. 70-80% and rev your unit up and try to hold it like that for 1 second. do 10.
then rev up and hold it for 5 seconds. do 10
try to rev up and hold for 30 secs. do 3
then do another 10 1 seconds holds.

that will get you started. once you get used to the feeling of contracting these muscles you will be able to do the kegel squeeze anywhere you like. at home, car, work, anyplace, even during sex to help stay off ‘the inevitable’ haha
