Hi there, I’m new to PE and I’ve read the newbie routine and I just finished my first PE!

I have 1 question, does PE help overcome premature ejaculation as well? I’ve search and I’ve read that SSRi helps but I don’t really want to take it since I operating heavy machines at work 12hrs/day and I don’t want to fall asleep lol.

Kegels, reverse kegels and ballooning should help.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Like Okish said all of those things should help. Also just try to overcome it mentally. It’s crazy what your mind can do!

Been wondering this myself, I’m still trying to learn how to do kegels, but like Okish6er said, they should help

Congratulations with starting PE. Keep with it!

Some members have reported that jelqing has helped their premature ejaculation. It’s not the jelqing per se, but the experience of handling your penis in varying degrees of arousal and tuning yourself in to the the range of sensations between fully soft and ejaculating. Part of effective jelqing is learning how to modulate the degree of your hardness, so there is a crossover benefit to avoiding premature ejaculation.
