I intended to start PE exercises a few months ago but never really got around to it, so now I’ve got a good workout printed out and I’m about to start exercising.

My starting measurements are:

6”3 BPEL
5” EG

4” BP FL
3.7” FG

My target gains are:

7”5 BPEL
6” EG

So, off I go to begin my adventure for a bigger penis. I’m going to start with the newbie routine and hopefully after a month or two I might start feeling some growth. Then I’ll probably come back and ask for advice on what to add or change to help with reaching my goal.

This website is a fantastic resource as well, full of info.

My advice is- don’t go away in the first place! Just keep reading, it’s all going to come in useful in the future.

Starting: 6.25" BPEL x 5" EG on or before Aug. 04/93.

Aug. 04/05. 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" EG. -- Lastest: 7.625" BPEL x 5.625" EG on Aug. 07/06.

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG or untill the little lady says ouch.

I just PE’d for the first time, I was wondering. When it says a hot wrap, it means something like a hot cloth wrapped around the penis right?

That’s what I did, I finished my jelqs after a good while because I had to stop and start to control my erection, and then I finished with a hot wrap, and a shower. I’m currently trying to do the kegels, it’s easy enough for the first 10 or so, but then they get harder to do and hold.

Also, when stretching, should I just do down or upwards stretches? This time I did 5 up for 30 seconds each, and 5 down for 30 seconds each. Do you think 5 stretches both left and right would be beneficial too?
