First and foremost, probably the question that is asked most of all on this forum and similar forums. Does this really work? I’m talking about everything, jelqing, pumping, hanging etc. Is it actually possible to increase your penis size?

I have been researching this for weeks and I’ve found completely different opinions, there doesn’t seem to be definite answer one way or the other.

Are you just giving yourself a better, fuller erection? With no real permanent gains.

My second question is probably a simpler one, what do all the abbreviations mean? I can guess some of them, but some I have no idea. BPEL etc? I did find a link to a glossary on this site, but it’s down 😔

Abbreviations are short form’s of the most commonly used words. Example: PE mean penis enlargement,BPEL mean bone pressed erect length .

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq ( 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

I’ve already bought a bathmate x40, if you know of it. In your opinions, should I just be using this or should I be jelqing as well?

You should only do the newbie routine IMO.
