Ok well where do I start.. I have been a member of Thunder’s place for a little less then a month now and haven’t posted or commented on any threads so figured I break my cherry and dive in. After looking thru so many articles and reading all the success stories I am a believer that PE works. I have been following the basic newbie routine for about three weeks now and can see a difference in FL with stronger morning wood. This shit is just time consuming! My starting off stats where 7.125BPEL with 5.375EG. Non-bones pressed erect length is around 6.5 inches. I believe this is due to my fatpad. I’m about 30 pounds overweight. Any tips of the trade from you experienced pros would be appreciated!

Dedicate a consistent year before you give up. At worst, you’ve played with your penis extra over a year. That’s really no big loss. PE is a lot like getting in physical shape. The principles are easy, the hard part is in the consistent discipline required to attain your goals.

I agree. I am on PE for 7 weeks now and I still haven’t got results on erection length. Maybe I didn’t recognize results because of lack on measurement. I measure sometimes my unit, but the measured values are always different. Sometimes it is longer, sometimes it is shorter.I think my penis has to grow more to have measurable gains.

As you go on with your training you will feel the penis getting stronger and stronger. So even if you gain just a little bit, you have a stronger penis and better erections. I think despite of gaining, to have a better-working “hammer” is worth the time spent on training.

I wish you to get big and strong.

Ciao

Thanks for the moral support! I am dedicated and plan on sticking to it. No visual gains but I’m sure they will come.

Loose the pudg. You will feel better about yourself, be more attractive, and gain in visible as well as usable penis.

I too am a newly registered member of Thunders Place. I joined a year ago, did a solid year or so of PE, and had taken a little while off due a lack of time. I am now returning to Thunders, and PE, and trying to be consistent for another year. I experienced some pretty good gains in that year, and now hoping to get to around 8” x 5.5”. Good luck to you.

New here too, and I too need to loose the pudg. With no help, I’m about 7.25” in length but if I pull my pudge back what I can, I can tell I’m about a 7.5-7.75”er.

Losing weight plus PE is my goal to reach my 8”s.

Good luck to all of us !! :D

My desired goal is 8x6 and from what I have seen or read it appears to be realistic. I just want to know how long I should do the newbie routine before I jump into more serious exercises like hanging or pumping. And yes the fat pad does need to go. That is one of my big goals is to lose the weight and get back into shape.

You have the same ending goal as me porlife. I figure 8x6 is pretty intimidating for most girls that are not whores. My thoughts are you should do the newbie routine as long as you are still seeing gains from the routine. You don’t want to condition your penis to not grow anymore by jumping into more intense exercises. More importantly, you don’t want to hurt yourself. When I started about a year ago or more, I got excited when after only two months I was seeing gains. This was mostly from better, harder, bigger erections. I went and bought some cable clamps and started clamping too soon, and one morning after clamping too hard and too intense, my dick was very very red and bruised. I wish I had taken pictures of it to show, because it was bad. My point is, PE is slow and tedious, but very worth it. Take your time, do your jelqs slow and correct, adding a few more each week. I would say wait months or longer before you even think about doing anything more intense than jelqs and manual stretches. The worst thing you could do is damage your penis, and then what good is it having a big dick if you can’t use it?

Slow and steady wins the race.

Thanks for the advice Malvex. I’m going on vacation for a week too so not going keep up on my regular routine. I figure I just jump right back in when I get back.

I started at 6” BPEL, and after only a few weeks I measured a .25” length, and .18” girth gain. Some people have reported over 1” gains just during their first few months of the newbie routine.
