Hey just registered. I’ve been PEing for 2 months and I’m having some good gains. My routine is:
-5 minutes warm up
-10 minutes total of stretching in all directions (manually)
-25 v-stretches
-200 wet jelqs
-30 jelq and holds
-5 minute warm down and massage
My starting stats are: 5” NBPEL and 5”girth
Stats now: 5.25” NBPEL and 5.25” girth
I’m aiming mostly for 7 inches in length. I think girth will come along easily without much fuss so I won’t worry about it.
