Hey just registered. I’ve been PEing for 2 months and I’m having some good gains. My routine is:

-5 minutes warm up
-10 minutes total of stretching in all directions (manually)
-25 v-stretches
-200 wet jelqs
-30 jelq and holds
-5 minute warm down and massage

My starting stats are: 5” NBPEL and 5”girth

Stats now: 5.25” NBPEL and 5.25” girth

I’m aiming mostly for 7 inches in length. I think girth will come along easily without much fuss so I won’t worry about it.

They are useful gains , and you should be able to get to your target . So Good luck on your journey in PE.

Hey I’m pretty new here too but congrats on your gains, particularly that .25” in girth. Good looking routine, as I get more experience I’ll probably upgrade mine to something similar. Good luck with future gains, looks like if you stick with it you’ll get your 7. ;)
