I have be doing PE for nine weeks now and I love it. I am 53 and have been married for over thirty years, to the same wonderful lady. Several years ago I noticed a drop in my sex drive and my ability to get a full erection. Because of these two things I allowed our sex life to dwindle down to non-existent for well over two years. As my wife and I would watch TV the adds would come on for ED medications and I would be embarrassed every time they came on. Finally about two and a half months ago I got tired of trying to hide during these adds and decided to go on the Internet and see what I could do to change things. I came across a program of PE exercises that you purchase and my heart took a jump as I read about these exercises. I then made one of the best choices I could make, I talked to my wife about starting such a program; she was elated at my plans. I purchased this program, some pills, a stretcher, some man slide and some cock rings as a package deal. I wanted to know what would work best for me as I wanted my sex drive and the ability to have a full erection back again.
After spending a few weeks doing this program, taking the pills and wearing the stretcher I thought I should check out what else is out there to help. Again I went to the web. I finally came across Thunder’s Place and I was very impressed at the free info available here. I tried to join but I got a message that there were 90,000 members and membership was closed at that time. I kept checking, almost daily, to see if I could join. This went on for several weeks. My wife and I made a trip to FL. For two weeks and once we returned I checked again and I was so happy to be able to finally join. I can say that I have spent most of the last three days going through this website and now I am finally ready to become an active member. And by the way, my wife and I have started having sex again!
The program I purchased had some suggested exercise programs and the following is the one I have been using ever since.

Hot Towel Warm-up >> 2 minutes

Stretching Exercise >> 5 sets of 5 strokes to the left, 5 strokes straight out and 5 strokes to the right.

Lengthening Exercise (One handed with a cock ring on) >> 3 sets of 25 strokes with each set gripping a little tighter on the shaft.
(Two handed / no cock ring) >> 4 - 5 minutes.

Jelq >> 7-10 minutes in all directions. (This is the one I have trouble holding an erection during.)

Girth Exercise (With the cock ring back on) >> squeezing the shaft with the thumb on top and two fingers underneath as I stroke myself for 10 minutes.

Hot Towel Warm-Down >> 2 minutes.

I also wore the stretch a few hours a day for the first six weeks but I have stopped that as it was so painful. I have now purchased a vacuum type stretcher and will try it out soon as I want to get back into stretching.

I do these exercises M & T then took W off. Then do them again on T, F & S and take S off. I also did not wear the stretcher on the off days as I wanted to give my dick a total rest on those two days.

My starting stats were as follows:
BP FL - 4.0”
BPEL - 6.5”
BP FG - Did not get
BP EG - 5.5”

As you can see my flaccid length was rather small in fact, there were times when my head would be drawn back so far it would be hidden by my pubic hair. And that is another thing I did, I cut off and then shaved my whole area, my scrotum, around my shaft and even part way up to my belly button. This has helped a whole bunch in many ways.
I think my biggest problem now is getting a rock hard erection on, when I want to, and holding it as long as I want to. I read in one of the posts yesterday that part of that problem can come from teaching you body to ejaculate before or right after you get an erection on so it sees on need to get rock hard to get satisfied. The post said that edging will help with that and I have now started edging but it is so hard to stop yourself just when you really want to shoot your load. I assume it will get easier.
I will stop for now as this is getting rather long but I just wanted to say once again how thrilled I am to be a part of Thunder’s Place.

Lampwick, thanks for the advise and info. After reading much more I think this may be helpful for me as long as I follow the advise given by Avocet8 on his post. I think I will give it a try and see if I can’t kick-start my dick to regular erections once again. You guys are great.
