Some red little bubbles appeared in my penis , this is bad ?

What were you doing when they appeared?

If you were using a vacuum pump it could petechia. Google for a definition. In this case it is from too much vacuum and/or too much time. Reduce both when you next use the pump. They will go away in a day or so.

I don’t use any device , Just bare hands , and to be more specific it’s like polka dot spots reddish , now they are leaving slowly , but what could It be? The intensity ?

They are blood blisters. If they are tiny pin-points, then it means you’re using a little too much force/pressure. Back off a bit. They will disappear in a couple of days.

If they are bigger, then it means you’re using WAY TOO MUCH force/pressure, so back of a lot and slooowly work your way back up.

The tiny red dots are a good indication you’ve reached and slightly exceeded your safe limits. Usually backing off a little bit is enough.
