So i’ve pe’ed in the past. I took a break, now after a long wait i’ve picked it back up again. I’m only about a week in the newbie routine. However, i remember the gains and effectiveness of hanging. I’m wondering if i should hang on odd days, or if i should eliminate manual stretching and hang during that period instead. what do you guys think?

I’d stick to the newbie routine to get back into PE’ing. Maybe modify it with more rep’s, or add a few more exercises since you’ve done PE in the past. Just don’t rush into it.

Yes, I second what the guys have said above. Do the newbie routine for 1-2 months, then get back into hanging since you made gains with it.
