Is a heating Pad safe to use for warm up?
I’m not quite sure what you call my exercises
Jelq, get member full, then squeeze from the base and the head to force blood into shaft, is this safe?
Jelq, get member full, squeeze at the base with thumb and index finger closest toward base, and pinkie closest to the head, I guess you guys call that palms down, but not for sure. Then I pull outward about an inch to force blood toward head, then I squeeze with my middle and ring fingers as hard as I can. Member looks like it extends 1/4 inch when I squeeze middle and ring fingers. Is this safe.
I do these two exercises for about 30-45 min combined, afterwards my measurements are EBP - 6.5, EG - 5.1
Do these exercises seem safe to you, and also is a heating pad safe to use for warm up.
