Need help with stretching

Need help with stretching

So I have been following the newbie routine, and currently I’m doing about 10mins of stretching. What I’m asking though is the angle of the stretch. Should I be stretching equally to up,down, left and right and so on or just outwards or something? Right now I’m doing 2min in total to each direction.

SO and SD are considered the most effective angles to stretch at.
