Need help gaining length.

I’ve been jelqing for about a year and have never measured, I don’t really have the time. I need some help with my length though. I need someone to give me some good ways to gain length. The only way I know is to rotor stretch and basic stretching, but that doesen’t seem to be effecting. I never went by measuring, I’ve always judged my gains by looks and feels.
I read that it would be harder to gain length when you have a lot of girth. Will It be extremely hard to gain? I need an answer to this stuff.
Here are my measurements though.
Length= 7.25
Girth = 6.5 but I think 7.25 once I got it fully erect
So I’m 7.25x7.25

As you can see I’m in some desperate need of help, that is a weird measurement as you all know. I need to know how to lengthen it out Fast. Thankyou.

7.25 girth? Shit. I wouldn’t even be worrying about length with a girth like that.

It would definately help if you posted your routine. But jelqing should be a must in your routine. Low erection. moderate-high intensity jelqs.

Ok since you asked, I don’t really have a routine. I play football so I do to my dick what I need to until I get a lactic acid feeling like I do in the weight room. Umm I stretch constantly, before I go to bed, when I wake up, and when I go to take a piss. But other than that I jelq like crazy. Umm I jelq for like 30 minutes or until I get thoroughly sore. I always push myself harder than what my body can do and it works. Like in football workouts. I jelq lightly and increasingly squeeze harder and harder through the 30 min period.

If you put a demand on the body for more than it can do, it will have to rebuild to be able to do that task easily the next time. So I guess thats how I got my girth gains. I always wanted my length to be like a 10 though. That would make me happy. Oh yea, I never jelq until it is completely healed, or not sore anymore. If you ever jelq when it’s sore, thats when you are overtraining. Being that you tare down tissue that is not even completely healed yet, just like ripping a scabb off. OVERTRAINING and alot of you do it. That- I learned in football.

But yea I need some help gaining length if you could help now that I have given my routine.

Don’t get sore this causes too much tearing in the CC. Lite to moderate jelqing works the best. Your grip should be no harder than the grip used when jerking off. This ain’t football if you toughen your dick up to much it won’t grow.

Even with football training there is rest day am I right?

Give me some suggestions on length gosh. I need to know what to do other than jelq and stretch. Need a quick length gainer.

Add a longer warm up if your going to strangle your penis. Try using lighter grip. This is not a sprint it takes time. At 7.25 BPEL your pretty big. Jelq with a lower level of erection. Think gentle long slow 3-5 second jelqs.

So what do you mean by lower erection levels? I’ve been doing it at like 90%. What levels should it be, and how do I get it to like 10 20 30 40 50 60 70+% I can’t seem to do that I always either do 90-100% or nothing at all. I don’t know how to get it at a lower %? Any tips?

Do you really mean the grip strength part? I’ve been trying to squeeze as hard as possible, otherwise my head won’t balloon up. Is length jelqing primarily for the stretch involved or the engorgement of the head?

Yes, don’t worry about engorging the glans while jelqing. Be more concerned with the shaft.

Ok it looks as if by the LOT theory that I need to do stretching exercises that effect the tunica. Any suggestions other than an upward stretch that will effect my rate of growth? I heard that since my LOT is 6:00 I need to stretch it, but I also heard that stretching the tunica is harder than stretching the ligs right? What is the best way I should go about doing this, and will it be a longer amount of time for me to get my length goals since my LOT is 6:00?
