Need help finding my lot.

I have read many treads about this but I don´t get it.

But there is a question that pops-up when i read this.
Is it the head or the shaft that should tug back inwards your body?

My lot seem to be like 6

Then the same guys say this(in the same sentence):

“If the head moves back only slightly, and there is ‘flexing’ at the base this can be considered LOT

My question: So now the head/shaft can tug back (slightly)? I don´t get it, everything is relatively. My penis seem to move somehow when i do the kegels, whatever direction I point my dick to.

Even Bib talkes about this, that the lot-spot is where the penis no longer tugesback, and in another explanations he say it can tug back slightly.

Another thing that I have thinking about is, have your Pc-strengt anything to do with ligamentstretching. I mean maby the dick tug-back because of the Pc-muscle-strengt and not the ligament-gaining-potential .

I have spend the whole day trying to understand how to see me lot, so please explain it to me. That whould be really great.

There is much disagreement as to whether the Lot Theory makes sense or not. If I were you, I would ignore it completely and concentrate instead on a routine that feels right to you.

I am going to try the routine whatever I have good potential or not, but I wanna know my lot. It seem to be so easy find it out.

At 12-10.30 my dick is tugback a relatively long way. Maby 1/4 inch.
10.30-9 its not tugback much.
9-8 it seem to tugback but I can barely see it.
8-7 I don´t know if it is a tugback but I think so.
7 I think it is a tugback going on there.
6 Hard one to judge.

What is my LOT?

I get different results(were my LOT is) every time I try, all from 11 to 6.
I think my result from this test above is honest.

Its hard to judge your LOT when you don´t know what to look for, there always seem to be a movment in your penis somehow when you kegel.

I am not sure why there isn’t a fall off range for you.

Either the head moves or it doesn’t.

If you cannot see a tug back, then that is your LOT.

It is easier too movement than the lack of it.

the head is not doing any speciall movment right?
the tugback involves the whole shaft, so basicly the shaft is moving inwards.

There is always a movement from 12-6. But it grow weaker every step. Maby there is another movement going on that a believe is the tugback, but it isen´t.

you look specifically for the tug back at the head…you may “feel” something, but if the head is not moving visually then there is a loss of tug back.

For me the penis moves inwards in all the steps, and yes the head also moves inwards, but I can´t say it has a own movement. Everything is moving inwards. It´s like the shaft moves inwards and the head follow.

Is that the movement?

If that what I explain is the tugback then I have like the lowest LOT.

The question is if the head does a speciel movement?

So can anyone tell me?

It has been answered.

Pull your penis into a stretch and then kegel.

Drop the angle until the head WILL NOT MOVE WHEN YOU KEGEL.

That is your lot.

Not the question I asked.

maby I can´t find my LOT because I don´t have one.

I have done the LOT test and read treads about it for 4 days now, maby a have a low LOT and for that reason I can´t feel the difference.

You’re wasting your time. LOT is not important. It was supposed to help hangers determine the best angle to hang weights. It was never shown to be able do that and has no application to other PE exercises. Ignore it. Move on.
