Need a new routine

So I’ve been doing PE for like 8 months now and haven’t seen much progress in the last 3-4 months.

I think I need just a solid routine. So if someone can give me a good routine I’d be happy to try it out. I’m not a newbie but I’m pretty advanced I guess. Thanks

What is your current routine and what has it done for you?

Started: 01/01/2015 ~ BPEL: 7.2 inches. EG: 5.5 inches. [05/01/2015: BPEL: 7.6 X 5.5.] [08/06/2015: 7.75 X 5.5]

Goal: BPEL: 8.2 inches. Better EQ.

Mem’s rapid gains mechanism looks great! No matter what you do , you need to work on technique and proper form. How to do jelqing in an efficient way, how to stretch in an efficient etc.. Look at marinera’s thread on tips to stretch and Tnt jockey’s quality jelqs .
