Thanks for the responses guys. The reason why I did not post my routine is because for the last year and three months I have switched my routine a few times. If you check my past posts you would be able to see them. Like I said I am not sure how to post a link, sorry about that. Anyways I started just over a year ago with the newbie routine and stuck with it for the first six months or so. For the next few months I was clamping and stretching for 30 minutes each every workout. I realized that I was over working myself so I decreased the amount of time clamped and stretched to 15 minutes every work out.
After a year and few months I realized I wasn’t gaining. I posted my problem and majority of the responses recommended that I take a deconditioning break. I did that for just over a month. I started yesterday again and did the newbie routine. It felt really good. I think I am going to stick with it for a while. The only problem I have though is this: I read on this forum somewhere that once you put a certain force on your penis going lower then that would be pointless(this is a very general idea of the theory that was written about).
At this point I am just unsure if I will gain from the newbie routine… I didn’t gain from it when I was a real newbie… So any thoughts or suggestions on a routine would be great. I have put a lot of effort into PE and so far have not seen any results. Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it.
