Need a new routine... one that works
So I just came off a one month deconditioning break. Before the break I was doing fairly intense workouts and got no results. I am not sure how to post links so you can just check my posts and you will find my old routine. Sorry about that. Anyways the routine I was doing was not giving me results. Now that I am back on PE I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas on a routine that may produce results for me. Thanks for your help and I look forward to your responses.
