Need a hand starting out, want to get an ADS

I’m just starting PE again, I used to “hang” but I gave up because I wasn’t consistent enough. I want to start again because my confidence is pretty low. I’m in the military, and I don’t have time to sit around and hang or jelq, especially because I have a roommate. I’d like to buy an ADS so I can wear it during the day during working hours. Anybody got any advice for a good ADS?

I think an ads is really a compliment to a routine. I bought a Growmax pro. I got mine on ebay. Look for it on sale.

Now what I think is better than an ads is an extender since you can get results without other exercises. There are plenty of reviews an threads on extenders just do a search.

I like the Vac Extender. I attatch it to my leg. And I can feel the tug sitting, standing and walking. It’s also very easy to put on and take off in the bathroom. But you have to go into a stall. I’ve gained close to an inch in about 9 months wearing the the Vac between 6 to 8 hours at work and doing 500 wet jelqs in the morning and 500 before bed.

I’m a huge fan of golf weights. They’re easy to explain (if you play golf). You can wear one or more and they’re easy one and off. And readily available.

Hi Vaega if you are going for an ADS, I guess you should avoid the X4 types, because it’ll make impossible to run and lift weights, and military stuff, I guess the best option for you is a vac one although I’m not sure you should make a survey about it
