My story, my questions, my new beginning

First of all, I want to say hello to everybody around here. I have been lurking the forum for some time now and finally decided to join. The first impression is that it seems like a place where a lot of good folks drop by.

My story is perhaps not much different from other life stories told around here, to make the long story short: I want a big(ger) dick. Same as everybody else, I presume.

Why do I want it? - Because my dick doesn’t look as big as it should be.

Why doesn’t my dick look big?

- 1) Simple fact, because it isn’t big.

- 2) Because I’m an idiot.

Why am I an idiot? - Because for someone 6-10 inches tall, over time I have let myself go (to say at least) and accumulated roughly 320 pounds. I’m in my mid 30s, btw.

From what I could measure, my dick seems somewhere just above 6 inches long. Bone pressed that is. Though this is very hard to determine, as it’s hard to determine if the ruler can even get close to the bone. It’s a battle. I have tried measuring from the side cause it’s easier, and it seems somewhat longer. Not that it’s of any consolation. The girth stands somewhat shy of 5 inches.

But that’s now less important.

With a body like that, you can furthermore understand what happens when that dick goes flaccid. I swear it, sometimes, when it turtles, I have the feeling it isn’t even there anymore. I know this isn’t true, but that’s just the way it feels. And I wanna do something about it. One is lose weight, of course. Two is that I want to permanently add something to my erect and flaccid length. I’m willing to invest months and years of my life in order to achieve that, and I’d appreciate some guidelines. I’m thinking one more erect inch is my right, half an inch on the top of that will come with perseverance, and everything above with a little bit of luck.

Anyway, a year or so ago I picked up some sort of ”penis enlargement guide” from the Internet, a very interesting manual that shed light on many misconceptions I’ve had before, the biggest one being the one well known to many here: a penis can’t be enlarged by exercises.

As you can imagine, it took me some time to start reading, and then some more to start working.

I started doing the beginner mode:

1) 3 minutes of Warm Up

2) 5 minutes of Power Stretch

3) 5 minutes of V Stretch

4) 5 minutes of Ultimate Jelq

5) 4 minutes of Jelq and Hold

6) 3 minutes of Warm Down

1 day on / one day off

I don’t think I did all those exorcises correctly, and certainly didn’t do them in the proposed time, especially the V Stretch, but I did notice my dick getting stronger, fuller, it even seemed longer. It just begun popping out on every possible and impossible occasion. Unfortunately I was sorta afraid to go measure it for real, I’m sure some here will know what I mean. This is because in that manual it said that if you don’t gain one inch in the first month or so, you’re probably doing something wrong. So, as you can imagine, I was very disappointed after two and a half weeks, and depressed after not even the full four. Good thing that I’ve found this forum.

So, I plan to start again, this time with a new mind set, for real, and after the introduction I’d really like if someone would be so good to answer me a few minor questions.

You are a big, tall man. So a 6 incher will look proportionally smaller than guys much shorter and smaller than you.

Yes, losing some weight will improve the hidden penis behind the fat pad.

Yeah, thanks man, but I guess that’s what I’m all about. You don’t think one can stack up that many pounds with 2 beers and some snacks after the dinner, do you? :)

Do you exercise regularly? I find exercise is the key to reduce weight. With manual exercises, you also work on your upper chest and arms (jelqing and stretching for longer time).

As of the first of this month (newbie routine) - yes. ;) Also started doing dumb bells.

Before that, as I said, I had that one month, in which everything started and stopped.

Okay, so here are the questions (I can now come up with):

1) The difference in routines - should I continue with the newbie routine from this site or start doing that routine I already mentioned?

Did the first two days of the newbie routine, today off. I’m thinking it’s still time to switch back to that routine I mentioned. The newbie routine has more working days, while the other routine seems more stressful.

2) The WARM UP - is it better to do a dry WA? I have noticed soreness on the skin on the place of the grip, later when I exercise. It goes away before the next day but it feels reasonably uncomfortable while I exercise. It seems the most dreaded aspect of the exercises.

3) The STRETCHES -

A) What is the best way to get the grip? - Making the OK sign with the thumb and the index finger around the bottom of the glans, or making the OK sign but squeezing the dick with the other three fingers as well?

B) The duration of the stretches? - Is it better to do fewer but longer stretcher, than more but shorter stretches? I have noticed the longer I hold it in the stretch position the bigger chance of starting an erection I have.

C) I always have some blood hanging behind in the glans, is that common?

3) Try different grips until you find what’s comfortable for you. Careful of putting direct pressure on the glans. If shorter duration works better for you, then do that. Are you refering to discoloration or bruising behind the glans? Not sure what you mean by blood hanging around.

You’ll discover that some method that somebody suggested that works great for them won’t do much for you. PE is not an exact science. Experiment with what works for you and enjoy the journey.

I would encourage you to look at bodybuilding.com and there you will be able to find programs which you can adjust and worj with in light of your goals.

1) Yes, perhaps it is the best way to continue with that this first month or so. And yeah, when I read that it did sound overly optimistic, perhaps they got confused with centimeters and inches. Wow, an inch a month, now that would be something, wouldn’t it?

2) Rice sock? I have heard about it, I might try it. I started using the hot wrap, but it didn’t work very well, it would lose the heat in less than a minute.. I then switched to the cup of hot water, but it gives me erections when I start doing stretches.

Say, the rice, it’s uncooked, right? How many times can you use the same rice?

3) Not, not directly to the glans, but to the part that separates it from the rest of the penis.. Don’t know what it’s called? By blood hanging around I meant blood getting in the penis (mostly glans) as if during an erection. That is why I asked if it’s better to somewhat squeeze the penis while stretching: blood won’t get in, and more force will be focused on the ligaments in the base of the penis. Logical, no?

Yes, uncooked rice, millet, wheat. Any will work. I’ve used and reheated mine hundreds of times.

Yes I am trying to absorb as much as possible. I have noticed how many things seem basic and self explanatory when read, but then you start working and it seems you completely missed the hole.

Thanks for the advice, I will take a look. I checked numerous sites already but that’s like chasing one squid in the ocean. I need to lose weight and get some definition, not necessarily build myself into a tank. Well at least not before I upgrade my cannon. :)

Hey Banana17, just wanted to chime in. Even 1 cm in a month would be a HUGE gain and highly unlikely. A lot of us here consider 1 INCH in 1 YEAR a success. So set your goals high, but don’t be unreasonable, and don’t be discouraged if you don’t meet those goals.

It’s encouraging to read how you’re trying to improve yourself. The weight loss will be very beneficial to PE, but it will also seem discouraging at times. I recommend you set a goal. For example, sign up for a marathon for a year from now. Join to raise money for an organization so you can train on their “team.” You meet great people, feel good about the money you’re raising, and you have others around you to encourage you.

Just an idea and my 2 cents. Good Luck!

Hi, gapinga, thanks for joining in, good ideas too. Yeah now I understand even that 1 cm in one month would be indeed huge, but one inch in one year seems very possible, and that’s what’s fueling me. Not to mention it will also look a lot more visible if I menage to lose some weight. Sh*t, it’s not like I have something more important to do in life, like spend a couple of hours each day in front of the TV, right? ;)

I need some more time to learn how to swim through this forum, and use it’s resources, but I will definitely try to keep you posted.

I’d worry about your health issue first then concentrate on your dick. PE can be very demanding and it could be hard to tackle both at the same time.
