My routine
12 hrs week Vac modified jes extender (this thing rocks!! NO PAIN on the Glans, only slight discomfort)
2 1.5 hr sessions (morning and night)
160 Power Jelqs
40 strokes per day, 20 done after each extender session
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are my workout days
Started back PE after a very long break (5+ years). Currently havent done a BPEL measurement but I know I’m 7 inches NBPEL. My starting measurements way back when I first started was 6.5 NBPEL and I had used and extender (noose strap) and power jelq before to bring me up to 7 NBPEL and 5.25 base girth/5.5 midshaft girth. It’s been about two weeks since I started back and I already notice a girth gain of .25 all around. This measurement was taken during off days btw. About to add a vacuum pump this week on off days and then at the end of one month going to add the ADS/ANS device I have. Medium term goal (1 year) is 8 NBPEL and 6.25 base girth/mid girth. Long Term goal (2+years) is to be 9 x 6.5
