cookie tree — I got the extender with comfort straps. I used it for almost a year. I kept having issues with slippage. So I switched to using the noose & foam tube. I’ve been using it ever since & maintain tension better. However I will say, there is definite discomfort especially after 1-2 hours, & then I remove it for 15-30 minutes, & back on for another 1-2 hours. It does take a while getting used to. When I put it on, I start with low tension, & then after so many minutes I slowly tweak up the tension. I can say that it’s rare I don’t have some discomfort, but I’ve gotten used to it. My skin is very soft & sensitive, and I’ve never gotten the hardening of the skin like some people have mentioned. However I’m still able to work with it.

As far as instructions, you can always google instructions, use TP threads, etc.. The other thing is that it’s just trial & error until you figure out what works best for you. I think the extender is a great PE tool for length if you can find the time to wear it consistently.

Yea, slippage was a huge problem with me. I used to wear it at work which required me to run a lot. Now my current job, I literally sit all day long in privacy so wearing it would be idle for now. I will pull it back out and see where it takes me. thanks for the input and help.

I find that I have to adjust the tension maybe every 15-30 minutes. If I couldn’t keep the tension to the desired level, I don’t think I would have gotten any gains whatsoever.

I usually start out that way and by the time I get over 50ct I have about 50-80 % which is what I like to use. I’ve heard some guys get gains with no erection but it doesn’t make sense to me as you want to fill it with blood and pump it in and out of the cells. I kegel just before gripping on each stroke so it forces some blood in there each time and as it gets more filled I become a little stimulated and even use the free hand to massage the head so it gets full. I hope this answers the question!

Yes, that does help a lot actually if the FireGoats quote is the way to do it then I still have to much force in my strokes. Ill loosen it up a little and take note on PI’s. Most of the times I have a good PI which is usually just morning wood but I do sometimes get some turtle head after some work outs, I will take note of those as well.

Extender & PE Routine

cookie tree — I try to use the extender 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. I’ve been averaging closer to 3 hours per day.
My other PE routine is a little different than others. I also jelq. For lube, I use a creamy body moisturizer first, then add either vegetable oil or light body oil. It works fantastic. I’m actually moisturizing my penis & glides a lot easier. I don’t care for dry jelqing & don’t get the same effect.
I like to jelq at 80%+ because I get the best engorgement & I really feel the cavities fill up with blood & place the amount of pressure I believe gives me best bang for buck. I usually start at base & work up to midway (or slightly past), because any further up the shaft & I notice that engorgement to the tip drops.
I would dissuade newbies from doing this next part. I’ve been doing this for over a year & it took me a while to figure out the exact level of force. Too much can cause pain & injury. With that, what I do now is I use a metal cock ring behind the ball sack. Why? Because I can jelq as close to
the base as possible & the cock ring helps maintain the 80%+ engorgement. I move my grip very slowly up the shaft, being completely in tune with the pressure & careful not to exceed safe levels. Sometimes I get to a near full erection, but usually never reaches full hardness, maybe 95%.
This technique really allows me to get a different engorgement feeling. I can’t quite explain it, but I feel I’m getting to areas that I wouldn’t normally reach at let’s say 70-80%.

As of the last few weeks, I’m experimenting with pumping. I took it slow, & made some mistakes, & it has taken some practice to determine the proper level of psi. I try to keep it at 4-5 psi, & if I get up to 6 or 7 few seconds at a time allowing pressure to drop slowly to safer range, then I don’t leave it there but for a few seconds, may 15-20 maximum, no more. Pumping is not
for newbies. It can be dangerous. One time I held the pressure above 5 too long, & noticed a blister on the frenulum start to form. I stopped immediately, & gave it a day or so rest, & the blister went away. I can only imagine how much more serious it could have been. So KNOW YOUR PENIS & what it can handle. Realize that one of the biggest risks I have faced is that as I increase the pressure, it feels fantastic, almost to point of pre-ejaculation point. So Beware!!! There is risk of injury when exceeding safe levels even if it feels fantastic. Something can be damaged, perhaps permanently & could be a long healing process. I hope I’m stressing this enough.

Here’s what I like about pumping: It forces my penis to max girth but also pushing max length. It’s forcing the chambers to expand both laterally & longitudinally simultaneously. I noticed my flaccid length to increase 1/16 - 1/8th inch & expect that it’ll translates to erect length. I try not to measure too often because results come slow. I’m hoping this isn’t just a temporary gain & that I will be able to lock it in. I will only keep the pump on for about 15 minutes max, alternating pressures between 3-5, sometimes 6-7 depending where the engorgement is focused & being in tune with safety & how penis is responding. I always want to give adequate rest in between 15 minute sessions, & sometimes add a few jelqs, depending how I’m responding, then pump for another 15 minutes. I find that pumping more than 2 sessions is over training for me, and if I do, I may skip a day or two before I resume pumping.

So in a nutshell I will continue to wear extender 3-4 hours/day, 5 days a week. I almost always rest on the weekend. I feel resting really helps.

I’m focused on length & girth simultaneously. Many members disagree with that, & suggest that you focus on 1 or the other. I’m finding that doing PE for girth & length works synergistically for me. Do I know for sure it works? No. But I keep close track of progress, & it appears to be true for me.

Wow Charlie Dog that is a lot of information and I really appreciate you sharing what you have experienced. After my three months of the newbie routine is up I will definitely take some of what you have done and incorporate it into my new “Advanced” routine. Im going to start using my extender for sure. I will probably hold off on the pump for at least a couple of months(6 month mark) if I don’t see any gains from less pressure on the grip and a extender.

I had a pe session last night that went awesome!!! Even after dropping my grip force the first time I would still experience a random sharp pain that only lasted for 1 or 2 seconds on one side of the penis. I never paid attention to it, then it started happening when I’m not exercising. Last night I lowered my grip even more and it didn’t do it at all. I’m really starting to think that the reason I wasn’t gaining was b/c of my pressure. Usually after a session which I wouldn’t think to be to harsh but I would turtle( I blamed it on the cold haha), last night I stayed long and full for hours afterwards, that’s another positive PI. Instead of being a bone head I am going to focus on what my body is telling me, paying more attention to my Pi’s.

So my new goal is to be more aware of what my penis is telling me and incorporate it into further exercises. LESS PRESSURE LESS PRESSURE LESS PRESSURE for me at least.

cookie tree — I like what I hear. Just remember, you should never have a sharp pain even for 1 second. After the PE session, if anything it should feel worked out & may even affect Erection Quality only temporarily, but that’s about it. Sharp pain can lead to injury. Also, if a sharp pain happens more than once, that area/location could possibly weaken to the point that it could lead to an injury. I think it’s very smart of you to be in tune with your body & learn the proper tensions & pressures.

I’m glad you’re not getting a pump right now. You most likely will never decide to get one. I was only trying to explain how my PE has evolved & that pumping seemed like a natural progression. I may even try hanging at some point as it appears many are getting good results. But again, these are for more advanced PE’rs that are in tune with their bodies & know how to properly use the equipment.

Also remember, that you may be getting results but can’t see them b/c the ruler isn’t showing them. Huh, you may think? That’s because results come very slow & measuring can vary day to day, but after a few months, you should notice something. Also, it’s not bad to measure weekly, not to see if there’s any gain from the previous week, but to see how much your measurements may vary and to get an approximate average. Hope that makes sense.

That is great encouragement! I am going to measure either bi weekly or just monthly. I dont want to focus to much attention towards seeing a certain line on the ruler and losing faith b/c its not there 4 times a month. The last two sessions have been great, no pain not even for a second and I stayed full the whole day. I had sex last night for three hours and I never went soft, I usually go soft after a while. I don’t know if that is contributed to the intense over training work out or not but I just threw that in there.

Today will be the last day of my 3 month newbie routine. I would like to know what do I do next? I haven’t gained anything since I started, although my penis feel bigger in my hands my size is still small on length. My current routine

Warm up rice sock or shower
stretch left right up down straight out 30sec each for ten mins total
15 mins/300 jelqs (2-3 second strokes)
Edge for 5-10 mins
warm down

that is the routine I have been doing for the past month. I just don’t know what to do next….

Firstly be glad your EQ and stamina is high. That’s extremely important.

Then you might want to consider hanging.

The learning curve is steep, but the rewards are great for those who persist.
