Would it be ok to continue doing the same routine but using a extender as well to spice the routine up?

I’ve been using an extender for over a year, & have gotten results. I believe IMO that wearing an extender for 4 hours a day (5 days a week preferably, 7 days even better) is going to give you better results than 10-15 minutes of manual stretching. I believe hanging will also produce better results, however I can’t tell you whether hanging or using an extender is better. They probably both work well. The KEY….. I SAY KEY…. is that you do your exercises correctly. If you wear an extender, & never keep the tension UP (no pain of course, but some temporary discomfort is fine), I would say you will get no results, or the results won’t even be worth the time commitment.

Gotta go. Let me know if you have any further questions…..

So the extender has to cause some level of pain that you can tolerate without being too uncomfortable?

Extender Discomfort

By pain, I’m talking about the skin beneath the noose, which is right below the backside of the glans. The noose has to be tightened sufficiently enough directly below the glans so that it holds (no slippage) maximum tension. The springs are what provide maximum tension without pain/injury to the shaft. So the discomfort I’m speaking of can become painful (again, the skin beneath the noose only) usually after 1-2 hours. The pain is temporary. I’ll wear it till the discomfort gets too great, remove it, and typically within 15-30 minutes I can put it right back on for another couple hours.

I see! When hanging I always clamped to the backside of the head and occasionally it would pinch the area you refer to. Thanks!

Good job, man!

"You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts."

Im going to start using my extender and i bumped my number of jelqs up to 400, lets see what happens.

Good luck man, I’m the same. I’ve been going at it consistently for about 3 months now. Haven’t really seen great gains, but I’m going to keep it up.

If you saw great gains in 3 mo’s then you would be in the minority. I believe most of us that are getting gains work our tails off, put lots, & lots of time & thought into our routines. I thought, “Man!, it really takes a lot of time to get any noticeable gains.” From my own experience, after 1 1/2 years of hard work & perseverance, all the work I put in finally makes sense today. It’s motivating! I can tell you that after 3 months, I hardly noticed any substantive gain. I questioned whether the gain came from measuring differently, and I questioned whether PE even really worked. I discovered that gains came really slow; so slow in fact that I could go 3-6 mo’s without noticing much of a change. Now, after 1 1/2 years of PE (Extending & Jelqing, & recently just added pumping), I look back at those all those times I measured & was disappointed, expecting so much more. But WOW, I’m so glad I held onto my faith & didn’t just throw in the towel, even for a week.

Great story Charlie, I’m glad you are gaining with what you are doing. I havent seen any gains at all in the three months that I have been doing pe. I seem to still have positive PI’s, so that is a plus. I am going to just stick with the 400 jelqs and every month go up another 50-100 each workout. I pulled my extender out the other day but never strapped it on. I really need to get some surgical tubing or something that is cushioney(not a word but sounds right) as the strap to go around the head. Ill keep looking online and once I find something Ill grab it and slap that extender on for a couple of hours a day. charlie do you think I need to go back to the basic newbie tension on the extender even though I do have pe experience?

Can I do 3 days on one day off or is that over kill?

Kudo’s charlie dog! I believe because I was in that minority and saw. Blind faith is great stuff and shows a lot of moxie!
