I am going all out with this pe thing now. I have tried for years on and off to gain and have never gained anything. This is the final draw here! I am currently a month into the newbie routine, just started bumping up the time to 12 mins a session. I will be devoting a full year to pe, that is more than enough time for anyone to work one muscle and see results. I would like to have some support from you guys with this. I have always felt insecure about my dick size and I feel it even more now for some reason. I may ask some stupid questions sometimes, and I really don’t like to but I would rather know than not know.

Things I have changed about me as a person since the first of the year 2013:
- I have quit smoking cigarettes (the hardest thing I have ever done), I smoked for nine years and quit cold turkey Jan 1st and haven’t looked back. I get cravings here and there but no where near like it was the first 4 or 5 days. Now I barely thinking about it.

- I stopped drinking alcohol excessively, I have gone from drinking 10 beers a night to 1 or 2 if I even drink a beer that day( haven’t had a beer in six days).

- My Diet. I have gone from eating literally anything in front of me to being very selective. I am a dinosaur from another life, haha. Usually fried or processed tv dinner food that has absolutely no nutrients what so ever. Minimal veges and fruits. Now I eat only baked chicken or fish. B/c I am a ex smoker I have to have something going on in my hands and mouth(no homo) so I usually bring carrots and nibble on them. Salads, noodles, or baked chicken usually consist of my dinner.

- Dietary supplements. I started taking moringa leaf powder which has excellent for the body and has way more vitamins than any other pill formed supplement I have seen on the market. I have it in bulk too, my uncle is a distributor of this “Miracle tree.”

- Motivation! I never been a low self esteem kind of person but when i comes to my dick I have no confidence. I’ve notice from reading a lot of peoples testimonies and routines a lot of the guys always seem very confident and energetic. I believe if you don’t come into pe with the mental capability the physical will never follow, for everything starts with the brain and how you use it.

That’s about all I have changed so far. I know I need to get more physical but I really don’t have a lot of time to do that b/c by the time I get off of work I don’t want to do anything but lay down and play xbox. I might start doing some simple push ups and crunches in the morning before work to get the blood flowing, then try to work in a work out schedule in the next month. Now that I have quit smoking just in two weeks I have gained 9 pounds already. This is the biggest I have ever been a good solid 195.

Well Thank you for reading I dont know if it will help anyone else, but I can say it has helped me. I have not gained anything in size but I feel more confident and level headed now than I ever have before. I don’t know if age has to do with anything but I am 27. Well take it easy guys. Thanks

Congratulations on your efforts to improve yourself.

There are a lot of guys here who are more than happy to answer any of the “stupid questions” you have as long as you have tried to answer them using the search first. ;)

Man, the changes you’ve taken upon yourself. Quitting smoking, cut down on alcohol, started to eat better. Mad respect. Enormous iron balls of steel right there.

I still can’t muster the will to quit the cigarettes, i’ve been at it for 3 years, i’m young and incredibly stupid. Kudos.

Best of luck with the newbie routine. The only actual advice a novice myself could hope to share is: Heat up. Throughly heat up. I see much better positive indicators than with little or no heat.

Thank you for the advice match, i use a rice sock twice before I start jelqing. Someone else was telling me heat is a very good thing especially for stretching muscles. You can quit man! YOU just have to want to quit, no one else can make you do it. My family and girlfriend have been telling me for years to quit and i was always like yeah ok. It wasn’t until I realized what I was actually doing to the only body I will ever have! I was literally eating it away from the inside out, fuck that noise. I want to live as long as possible, that’s more chances for getting laid hahahaha.

So how are you doing man? Smoking is history I hope? And all the extra beer money you have you can retire early?

How is PE going? You mentioned working out and I wanted to point out that it sure wouldn’t hurt. Working out helps to produce testosterone that we men need in our bodies to help grow penis meat! Just a thought. Oh and xbox does not promote the formation of testosterone. Limit your use of it and make time to care for your body.

Im doing pretty good man how are you? Yea the smoking is long gone, I smoked once since I quit months ago and that was it never looked back, didnt even feel the same as it did before. Beer and liquor is still off limits too, I’ve had a bottle of really good tequila in on my shelf for months now(in my house thats unheard of, haha). I’m still on the noob routine, I have till March 4th then I will be done with it, been looking for something to do afterwards… any pointers or suggestions? The working out is good, I usually play basket ball for a hour or so then go and work on different sections of my body, its going well. I am losing my beer belly thats for sure haha.

Congratulations on all of the positive changes you’ve made and good luck continuing with the PE.

cookie tree — all the dietary & bad habits you’ve changed will all improve your cardio vascular systems, which means will improve your penile vascularity as well.

If you find yourself sitting in front of an xbox, slap on an extender & multi task.

Make sure you are doing your PE exercises correctly & dedicating sufficient time to the activities. You do this, I’m confident in a year’s time you will see good results.

Charlie, I actually have a extender. The only reason why i dont wear it is b/c mine didnt come with instructions for one, and for two when i used to wear it at a long length it would irritate the my head. I tried using different types of cushion to help but nothing seemed to work. Yeah I plan to recover some or at least get back into shape. I am a pretty dedicated person when I want it bad enough I will get it.

Don’t worry about the hi-jack as we all do it from time to time. Sounds to me like you are becoming a new man. You may want to think about keeping a few rest days per week in whatever you do for PE. I think that is when my growing quit. I failed to give it a rest as I pumped 1000 to 2000 jelqs per day for a time there. It’s only been random for me for the past 6-7 months. Anyways I am always glad to see someone getting on the right track! Good luck man!
