moderate / loose PEing any benefits?
from what i understand if i am not mistaken stretching and jelqing give SOME gains to ANYONE, despite the differences in progress pace. My question is, moderate or sparse PE will give also the equivalent gains ? OR if the PE intensity and consistency is droped under a certain limit (newbie routine lets say?) the gains are none ? (for example if jelq just as enough as time and mood allows with every shower and stretch a few times through the day every time the willy is out of the pants (to pee lets say) would that provide any gains or better penis health ? )
