moderate / loose PEing any benefits?

moderate / loose PEing any benefits?

from what i understand if i am not mistaken stretching and jelqing give SOME gains to ANYONE, despite the differences in progress pace. My question is, moderate or sparse PE will give also the equivalent gains ? OR if the PE intensity and consistency is droped under a certain limit (newbie routine lets say?) the gains are none ? (for example if jelq just as enough as time and mood allows with every shower and stretch a few times through the day every time the willy is out of the pants (to pee lets say) would that provide any gains or better penis health ? )

Well jelqing has givin me better erections and I am a diabetic. But I am a lose PE er But I ADS at least 1 hour a day. Check my stats. I have gained quick too. But I think I would have gained more if I wasnt a lazy basterd.

Although it is hard to say if sparse gains will be equivalent to the gains of a routine, I can tell you that you will still gain (with enough time.) I gained over an inch my first few months with sparse PEing, 2-3 times a week. But you have to put in enough time to work it out. Stretching while you are in the shower, and 10 minutes of jelqing 2-3 days a week would definetly make your penis an ample amount healthier.

This will help you with better penis health, but will not optimise your gains. I do however, think you will still gain a little from this, just not as much as you could if you stuck to a routine.

“equivalent” here refers to results equivalent to the effort invested.

With such sparse PE if i get 0.8” gain in length in lets say 6 -12 months i would be very pleased, does it sound common to happen statisticaly ?

If the newbie erection quality gains have been experienced, I doubt anyone will be rewarded much by shotty P.E. Thanks to diminishing returns, those who work the hardest get better rates of gain in general. I think that is fair.

Some is better than none at all. Besides once you start doing a little you will get hooked and will want to make time to do more. It’s like crack for the penis. :D Not to be confused with the crack behind the penis. :leftie:

RTG said it well, something is better than nothing. Sometimes when time it tight, all you can do is sneak in an abbreviated session. Do it.
