Micro-Tears & Macro-Tears Theory? (Manual Stretching)

There seems to be the Micro-tears & Macro-tears theory here:
Meaning you want to do micro-tears on your penis (leading to bigger penis long term)
but not macro-tears (leading to scarring and penis that is stuck and can never grow again?)

I am doing manual stretching with the hand.
I guess this could even be the method where one can apply the most force.

How do i know if i apply too much force (= leading to macro tears)?

(Or how do i know if i already did it?)

In my experiences I notice different feelings as I apply force with manual stretches. It’s tough to say though as each stretch applies force differently to different areas you know? In the fulcrum stretch that I use that is more or less accomplishing micro tears at the base I notice a change gradually. At first with low force my junk is stretched out but there is not internal pressure or tugging sensation. As I get to the medium amount of force I can begin to feel the inner penis start to stretch and as I work up from there I start to feel an internal pressure. As I go higher into high force the pressure builds and I can sometimes begin to notice a slight sting. It’s not wise to stay where it’s innately a stinging sensation.

I stretch at about a high medium where I can feel the tug and pressure. While I leave it at that amount of stretch a stinging sensation will build as apposed to it being there from the start of the stretch. When the stinging sensation builds I will back off on the force and let it build again. If at any point I feel a sharper pain (indicating a tear) or hear an internal tear I will end my stretching session and begin the healing process.

I make sure to be careful of giving it plenty of time to heal. I’d hate to over do it with this type of stretch and it wouldn’t be worth the trouble. To check I extend the penis outward and massage the base to (or whatever prior effected area) for tenderness. If there is tenderness it needs more time. Hopefully this helps.

Always listen to your penis’s signals and use heat to warm up.

You don’t know. Just don’t pull too hard.

If you are havinq EQ issues you are pulling too hard or you are stretching too often. That is pretty much it IMO.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Not sure, but my guess is that macro-tears would be bringing pain or “stinging” sensation.

Would be kind of difficult to reach this point with manual stretching, very risky and could be ending with a “blown” ligament(s).

I don’t think I did a good enough job explaining. While it will be a slight stinging sensation when the micro tears happen it should never be continued force wise past this stage and the stinging sensation should never persist once the stretch is stopped. If so you need to treat the healing process very seriously as you’ve gone to far.

I wish there was a better way to describe it but that’s how it feels. Never a persisting sting though. Even upon regularly extending after the stretch. Again if you extend and still feel tenderness you should give your body ample rest.

I can only liken it to the slight stinging I’ve experienced while extremely engorged during a clamping session. Perhaps it is stretching the tunica and lugs then? I certainly take this level of stretch very seriously. One must always use the least amount of force necessary to get the results. Anything more isn’t worth it.

In my opinion, “stinging” sensation and pain should be off the scene. To me, these signs are results from high intensity (pulling force for stretches, tight grip for jelqs and high pressure from pumping and clamping).

On manual stretches, we pull the penis until the “stretch” feeling, and that is about it, it is working. When we reach this point, basicly means that our penis is close to 100% stretched … anything beyond this should not provide any benefits, only risks, then should be avoided.
