Medically approved devices?

So I come across adverts or penis extenders or stretchers that claim to be medically approved by FDA blah blah but what is the truth to such claims? Is there anyway to see proof of this FDA certificate? Without this the claim is nothing but b.s.sales talk. Is there a stretcher or extender that is the most popular due to a possible FDA certificate? I am trying to look for one that could be the most widely used due to its reputation for being safe. So is there any true FDA validated ones?

Also what is generally better between hanging weights and a penis extender/stretcher? I am a newbie and am exploring all options. I am a little skeptical of jelqing so possibly want to start with a device with minimal stretching then gradually increase over time. Also do you have to use for 1 day then stop for a day then use again? What is the process on average?

It is sales BS. Do you think the FDA have tested the efficacy of the device for the stated purpose? Even the scientific proof is not really proof. Even when it’s been accepted into a reputable journal, it doesn’t mean that the journal is backing the penis enlargement claims made by the manufacturer.

The best, most effective and coincidentally cheapest method to start PE is manually. Start with something like the Newbie Routine. Learn and read. Save yourself a bunch of cash and wasted effort.

Devices are sold as “novelties” with use at your own risk warnings for liability reasons. You should use them with cation because they cause injuries all the time.

I think there are some approved erection pumps out there but they are expensive and a pump is a pump so why waste the money on it.
