Hey guys.. Still a little new here (2 months into the newbie routine) and I am trying to do as much reading as I can to learn up on PE. I have a question about PE devices. I currently own a jes extender but throughout my reading on Thunders I have read a lot about air pumps, water pumps, golf weights, bib hangers etc. I was wondering if there was anything that I should consider purchasing or be using to maximize my gains. I realize that everyone is different and gains at different speeds with different devices. I just was thinking that if some of you veterans could give a little advice about the PE devices out there to someone who is still a little green to all this, it would greatly be appreciated. Maybe some insight on something that you would have done differently starting out, or would have used months or years earlier.

Goal: NBPEL: 8.0'', EG: 5.5''

It would be as well to maximise any gains you make by doing the Newbie routine -ie until you stop making gains; before looking at more advanced techniques.

In the meantime have a read of the various forums and learn from other member’s methods of increasing thier size girthwise and lengthwise. .

Then make a choice of the equipment you need to increase your own length or girth - or both.

Probably better that way, rather than buy equipment you will never use.

As long the Newbie Routine works for you stick to it. Some guys go with this routine for years, just increasing intensity. And they get excellent results, get 1,5-2”, reach their targets without applying different sophisticated advanced techniques.

Remember, in PE advanced doesn’t mean necessarily better. Though, naturally, “advanced” sounds better then “noob”. :D But it’s much better to be a fast-growing noob, than a sophisticated expert with stagnating gains.

Should you have too much spare money, at this stage you can spend them more productively by purchasing some supplements like ginkgo biloba, L-arginine and others, which may improve blood circulation in your penile tissues, which is beneficial for both erection and growth. Since your task, as you stated, is maximization of your gains, I believe, supplements may accelerate your gains by 10-20%, which is not critical, but might be a pleasant bonus.

I started pumping approximately a month ago. I bought a quite cheap but more or less quality pump (50 dollars). Normally, pumping itself doesn’t produce permanent gains, but in combination with manual exercises one may create a very productive routine. As for me, it would be too early speak about solid results, but I’ve already noticed a slight increase in girth. Quite many big gainers here incorporated the pump into their routine and reported additional gains.

But once again, I’d strongly recommend you proceed doing manual exercises alone as long as you see more or less noticeable returns. When that approach stops working, only then it will be sensible to bring changes (including devices) into your routine to create a new stimulus for the growth of your penis.

I would hold off on buying anything, while not crucial, all I would really recommend at this point for you is possibly an ADS. Of which there plenty of threads on if you do a search and many can be constructed for very little cost. As for various supplements, their effect on gains is debatable, but as Cummer said arginine is fairly popular and many take it for higher EQ.

Also, the device you get will be dictated not only by your goals in terms of size, but by your other factors such as lifestyle, free time, privacy, etc.

P.E is about give it a try, if you own an extender why keep in it? Would you catch a bus if you had a car in the garage? You have 2 months on the game now your dick is ready for new challenge, just take it slow; you can start from 1-2 hours of stretching daily
