I have been pe’ing back and forth for quite some time. I haven’t been doing it for a while now, but I am thinking about taking it up again. The thing is that it takes so much time to do manual exercises. Therefore, I am considering buying a stretching device. I have used the penis extender before, but it was so damn uncomfortable so I gave up. Now there are some vacuum based devices that are allot more comfortable, but one rip or crack in that tube and it’s useless. So, I really need some advice here. I am a pretty poor (economically) student, and buying a 150$ PE device is not a small thing for me, so the question is: Is it worth it?

I am considering 2 devices: monkeybars vacuum stretcher and the “static stretcher”. Now, I have heard a lot of good things about monkeybars products, but I have had some bad experiences with them, and the static stretcher looks a lot more durable. Also, it’s a little cheaper. What are your experiences with these devises? Anyone who has use both of them?

I am also considering not buying any device but just do manual exercises. I don’t know how effective that “pull your dick under your ass and sit on it” stretching is. Does anyone know if it’s comparable to the above mentioned devices? Because if it is, then I’ll just do that instead and throw in 20 mins of jelqing/day to boost.

But, I know that there are a lot of people here who’s experience is far more vast than mine, so I would like to know what you guys think.

Spend your hard earned on an IR lamp, I think it cost me 65 ish dollars for a 300w unit.
Fowfer whenever you have the time and heat and jelq in front of the lamp for 20-30minutes a day.

If you lose interest again you still have a good therapeutic IR lamp for muscle strains etc..

IMHO if you can’t stick to a good 20-30minute daily manual routine you are just going to drop the device after the initial Oooo something new something shiney period.

I have a gym bag full of devices, some have been worth it some not. Never tried the static stretcher it looked silly to me so can’t advise you on it.

Oh come on, don’t tell me you can’t spare 30 minutes a day to do exercises that will make your cock bigger? I think the invested/gained ratio goes quite in favor of doing PE exercises. Maybe you’re an easy gainer. You won’t know unless you try. I think spending $150 for a PE device without trying the manual way first is madness. I myself gained ~0.6” in first month and half, now I’m sorry I didn’t start PE earlier. Give it a try, really, you have nothing to lose (if you’re careful, of course).

I think doing the manual stretches and other manual exercises is a great way to condition your penis. I would stick to the basics they give you good gains :)

I spend about 1hr-1.5hrs a day jelqing/stretching/warmup a day, and i still have a hard time to just strap on monkeybar’s stuff. but then again, I don’t really put it on as at work (Tire Lube Express), I do a lot of moving, and it can pop off a lot or at least slide and not get as much of a stretch. Most of the time I’m so busy I can’t even put it back on. However, I when I remove it, it does seem to be a bit more stretched out. I need to get me some extra sweat pants so I can try to wear it at the gym too.

I have recently purchased a reusable heat pad from EBay and found it to be very useful which I use whilst hanging with my Bib. The heat pad is filled with a solution and has a metal disc which is ‘clicked’ to start the heat. This starts a chemical reaction in the solution that releases heat. I place the pad on my penis (away from my balls) during the 1/2 hr that I am strapped in and found the heat to be just about comfortable enough. The best part of using the heat pad is that I don’t get any of the the ‘pain that I normally get while I have the heat pad on. Anyway, once the heat has been emitted the solution turns into crystals. You can reuse the heat pad by placing it in boiling water for about 10-15 mins. This turns the crystals back into a solution again. Amazing!

In my limited experience of using heat pads I found them to be really cool and they are much better than the IR lamps IMHO. I do have an IR lamp and the biggest problem I found with it is that it is difficult to focus the IR light on to specific areas. With the pad you just place it on the area of concern.

Just thought that I’d mention that I have been using a slightly modified version of monkeybar’s hanger for the couple of years. I was intially 4.5” and have gained about 0.75”. I was strapped in for an hour at a time using anywhere from 1-3 sets per day. I built up to 5Kg. My PE has been quite irregular over the last couple of years because I had inguinal hernia repair in 2005 and sometimes I got lots of discomfort and ache/pain in my repaired area after hanging. So much so that after hanging for a few weeks I have given up for several months out of worry many times! Last year I did go to a specialist and had a herniogram done but everything turned out fine!
More recently in the last couple of months, I have been hanging very regularly with monkeybar’s hanger and I think this is what I put down my gains to. However I was finding that the silicone that is used with the hanger was beginning to cause discomfort against my skin due to the large amount of weight. This is the reason why I started using the Bib about a week ago (did I mention that I absolutely love and adore my Bib hanger?). The stretch I get from that is amazing!! I have also started using the heat pad this week. In fact I have found the heat pad to be so good I am planning to buy 3-4 more so I have some on standby - it’s a pain to have to boil them again.

Currently I am using 7.5Kg with my Bib without any problems. I do get ache in my hernia area but I am pretty sure everything is fine. The devices I have found to be very worthwhile are:

1) Bib hanger
2) Power Jelq device
3 Monkey bar vac hanger (for those starting out).
4) Reusable heat pad.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I think I will think about investing in one of those heat pads and stick to 20 minutes of jelqing and “sit on your dick” stretches.

Since my last post above, I have gained another 0.25”. My current NBPEL is 5.5 - thats a gain of 1” from start since the beginning of December. I have to say the gains have mostly been down to modified a monkeybar hanger (which I no longer use due to weight limitation) and Bib hanger. I have not done any jelqing until today when I started with 200 Power Jelqs (100 top/bottom and 100 sideways). I plan to build up to 600 a day (200 early morning, 200 before lunch and 200 in the afternoon). In the evening I am doing two sets of hanging with the Bib using 7.5Kg.

Some things work for some people some do not.

One misconception is that any extender is ‘easy to use’. They all take time to learn how to use and to put on/take off every time you go to the bathroom and or every 2 hours (maximum). Plus constant fiddling and checking. Especially with vacuum devices, of which I own several of MonkeyBars.

Not to mention the gigantic bulge in your pants :p

Right on. Over the last couple of years I have also purchased a huge number of devices, Penimaster, length-master, full auto-extender package (includes several devices) and so on. I’ve also used manual techniques. I think what works for you has to be something that you to attune to both physically AND mentally. For example I couldn’t use manual jelqing because when I did some of the skin on my penis (left over from circumcision) used to swell up wildly. On the other hand as you say the bulge of using an all day extender is mentally off putting..
