Measuring

I’m sure this has been gone over before here, but when I measure, some say to push the ruler into your skin toward you. But how far? Do you just push it in until you feel any sort of resistance or do you do it as far as you can till it comes close to the bone? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yea you push it in until you can’t anymore, then it will be against your pubic bone.

Asking something that has been asked dozens (hundreds?) of times before can be avoided most of the time if you do your homework. :)
