Masturbation hurts gains? (with a twist)

Just something I was wondering if I could get input from the PE vets on considering I have never been one of the biology bookworms who actually understands the science behind this hobby. I’ve recently been doing my manual stretches and jelqs followed by masturbation, then after I’ve cooled off a bit I finish up with my clamping. Now from my experience in sex, my second erection has always been able to get rock hard, but not not until I’m actually penetrating while the first one can achieve the same EQ simply from manual/oral stimulation.

I have been off porn, so I’m usually not as hard as usual when I’ve begun clamping, and I wondered if with the previous exercises + orgasm, if my penis attempting harder than normal to go flaccid or even turtle to a point that that my clamp is no longer able to restrict blood flow enough. I haven’t had a real problem with it, while clamped and without erection I still am holding my 5.5 girth but I feel like there is less pressure than I am used to once the erection is lost. Should I just remove masturbating from my PE routine?

My EQ is still awesome for sex or masturbation. And on days when I won’t have the full time for my routine I usually just warm up and do my clamp sets, and it’s perfectly fine then. It’s only after I’ve masturbated first that I can’t feel the same pressure build up, so I was wondering if maybe some part of my penis is fatigued and isn’t getting the same expansion I think it is before I clamp? I don’t really know what I’m trying to describe because like I said, I’m getting the same size, I’m just not feeling the same built up pressure that I normally do.

well do clamping and after 1 hour have sex or half no need to do it directly after clamping and you do one and the second lol if the first EQ is good then the problem is you not your penis

Can you please clarify that mk22267? It sounds like you are saying my EQ is too low for sex, which isn’t the case. I am wondering if masturbating beforehand could be negatively affecting my penis’s ability to remain engorged while clamped resulting in slowed or stalled girth gains.

no am not saying you EQ is low but when you want to know you don’t have to fuck too times to know just once second time if you didn’t have a good EQ it means its in you, maybe your not healthy or you are not focus , your partner maybe not working well with you, many things and about your question i cant answer you because i am not qualified to answer i don’t want to give you wrong answer but what i know is its when you don’t over doing PE as PE clamping jelqing and you do it right you will have result

one last thing bro what i do is i warm up after i do jelq and i warm up again after i finish jelqing and then directly after warming i do clamping and i wait until 6 hours i have sex or i finish jelq and after 6 hours from jelqing i do clamping b4 sex in 30 or 1 hour it doesn’t give any bad effect but i cant have sex or masturbate after jelq because i heard its not good thats all what i can help you with

I got you bro, it’s an easy answer!
The boring explanation:
After you have an orgasm, physically your penis retracts somewhat into the body and all the veins constrict for a period of time. It’s nothing wrong just a precautionary biological feature. Now, mentally you’re going to have a flood of feel good hormones like dopamine, oxytocin, prolactin,etc. that help relax you but keep you from concentrating on anything. You’re literally high on orgasm! Now whith that load you’re actually going to lose a lot of arginine and fructose to supply the sperm cell with the energy needed to their journey. That could also be why it takes 30 minutes or so to get hard again, but there are many reasons.

The answer:
Get your clamping done ASAP after jelqs and stretches. You’re going to want to avoid those small nonejaculatory orgasms when jelqing/edging to prevent pressure in your testes and the need to cum. You can always orgasm after you’re done and still see great gains. That’s what I always do and it never stops me from climbing up the measuring tape.

I have been doing PE for a year now, gained 1/2 inch, yes! I hadn’t come across this forum yet so I had no idea that masturbation might be bad for gains. Based solely on my own experiences, though, I can see no harm in it, but then we don’t all react the same way to things.

Thanks for the responses everyone, especially TheGreatDivider. I usually would save masturbating for after my workout, but after warm up, stretching, and jelqing I have already been handling my unit for 45+ mins and am craving some release, but I can hold off, it will be no biggie.

You can also split your routine into two 30-45min routines to save yourself from that pain from holding back ejaculate. I reccomend hot tube pumping which cut your warmup+jelqing time in half. Then you can proceed with jelqing and stretches and finish with more pumping or a quick session of clamping. Get more work done in half the time. What more could you ask for?
