I think I read someone post that you should not jerk your chain a couple hourse before or after pe’ing. Well since I do it throughout the day, I really dont whack much at all anymore, but I have sex with the gf a lot.

Nah it doesnt make a difference, except you might be a bit more sensitive straight after.

IMO it does not matter at all. At one point in my program I was doing the “Jump Start program” which required PE for alot of the day. If I wanted to have sex it had to be after a workout or before, which ever way you look at it. I used to like having sex after a good workout, this is when I wouild feel my biggest. I never noticed any problems.

From what I’ve read in many pe guides don’t ejaculate 3-5 hours before or after your pe session. But I don’t follow that advice. As long as you got enough blood pumping into your penis you’ll be fine. Go ahead and have fun!

In my opinion, I think that masterbation or sex is actually good for PE. I think it helps to cement the gains that you have made because you are putting your unit to use. Your keeping it in shape and keeping it working in the state that it is. I just try to not to masterbate or have sex right after I am done with a workout, maybe a couple of hours later. I have had pretty good gains, and have never gave up sex or masterbation.

I try to limit masterbation urges during pe, not because I’m worried it will hinder gains, but rather because I like to do my girth work very erect, usually wacking just to the point of no return, as I feel my shaft get’s a rush of blood right at this point. If I go over the edge and let go or hold it back as hard as I can (with a little spillage), It takes longer to whack it back to an effective state for more pe…

Only afterwards..

If I have an urge for some jerking or sex, it only happens after I’m done with my routine for the day.

I’ve found that doing this before my routine makes my dick sleepy…like it is harder to maintain erections and even semi-erections for jelqing, and even PC flexing feels different.

I usually do the PC exercises after the routine, but sometimes my dick feels ultra smooth or something, and touching it becomes too hard to resist, and the next thing I know I’m wacking. But anything sexual happens with regards to PE routine, it’s always after I’m finished.

I masturbate almost every hour in between ADS sets. I find that ADS makes makes my penis more sensitive and if I see a beautiful girl on tv while I have the device on, it becomes rockhard in seconds. This is also very frustrating since it takes time for the penis to become limp again and I loose time from stretching it. I have not noticed any negative effects of masturbation when it comes to PE gains.

I’ll put another check on the NOPE board. Although I realize there are many other places paysites in particular that I wont mention (cough, Bra*ndon Cough, Ree*ce cough!) that strongly advocate NOT ejaculating for such and such time frame before or after PE. Sure it may make sense from a physiological standpoint…I mean gosh you lose SO much testosterone when you ejaculate ( yea and my voice gets squeaky after I blow a nut and I start to get bitch tits, dont you guys?) ….LOL yea. Why would you want to take away any testosterone from your penis when youve just subjected it to such damage? Not only that, but, they also make the seemingly logical conclusion (and beat it into their members skulls) that when you ejaculate/orgasm your penis sort of attrophys…and why on earth would you wanna do that to your penis after youve just worked so hard to enlarge it??? I dont know what their motivations are…these people who say it’s counterproductive…but, as myself and many others who have made gains despite masturbating or having sex either right before or right after our workouts can vouch, NUT away!
