Completely agree with this. Every time you bust a nut you lose upwards of 4 full meals’ worth of protein and other nutrients, including oxygen to the brain. Why do you think most guys feel sluggish and tired after they come? Sure it feels good, but it’s a total waste of your body’s energy.

We feel tired after orgasm because of body’s chemicals, that are supposed to make us feel good during and after ejaculation so, that we would have sex and make kids and so reproducing. It is very complex procedure and that was just a simplified example of it.

The protein thing has also no influence to us. 4 full meals would for example mean to me something like 120 g of protein. I don’t know how much protein on average ejaculation takes, but surely not that much.

One thing, that can have some influence is the amount of zinc we loose, when we ejaculate. This is not exact information, but according to several sources we could loose a dosage of zinc, that is about the daily amount we get from food. It is about 15 mg.
If ejaculation has a negative influence to us, it is because of the minerals, amino acids and such, that we loose.
