Hello all, I really need some advice what to do..

It all happened yesterday, I had my daily training with the newbie routine.
But this training session would not be as my others, I realized it when I jelqed that the penis started to act very weird, I lost some sensitive, my penis got smaller in flaccid mode, it’s _VERY_ hard to get erection for me right now.

I don’t know which injury I may have caused to my penis
This sensitive thing is scary, I’m going around right now and brood that I have a permanently damage now.
I have heard from others that they have loss their erection and that the penis got smaller after PE, and that it recovered itself with just some weeks of rest.
But it feels like it’s much harder to get back the sensitive.

So I ask you guys out there, what should I do?
Is there any chance that my penis recover as it once was?
Have anyone here experienced a similar trauma here?

Yes. You have probably sprained your dick rather like you can sprain an ankle or wrist when doing something unusual.

There is nothing you can do at the moment except give it some rest. Keep it warm and if you have an infra red heater, for example an electric heater then give it some exposure to that, but don’t allow it to get too hot. A gentle warmth is all that is required. You can try massaging very gently to help keep the blood flowing

Like a sprained foot or wrist it may take a week or two as you most likely were a bit heavy on the exercises.

Keep us advised how things are going. And report anything else that is unusual.

Do you have any pain in the region of your dick?

Yes it’s best to lay off any sort of strain, including masturbating. And I hope things improve rapidly for you

Yes.. The last thing I want is a permanently damage on my dick, and I don’t want to go to a doctor but if this don’t get over after 2 weeks I am supposed to go to a doctor?

That’s where I expected it would be. You have probably sprained a ligament there I had a bit of trouble like that a couple of weekss ago but it’s almst disappeared now, so I’m still taking it easy.

Well wait to see what happens. If you have to go to a doctor then just tell him you were lifting something and you felt a tug there, But you shouldn’t worry about that now.

Hope it won’t get so far that I have to go to a doctor, but when you loose sensitive is it because you injure the nerves?, I have heard that nerves could heal but it takes a long time.. I don’t know if it’s true but.

It’s rather like when you bang your limbs. You lose sensitivity for a while. It’s really not something you can be sure about what will happen. Bu At the moment you have suffered an injury and you have to give it time to heal. Unfortunately no-one can tell you a time scale on these things .

So relax as much as you can about it. And see what the next few days bring.

May I suggest that you read and read before you continue PE. I jumped right in myself and really screwed up my Johnson too. But after 2 or 3 weeks I am back to normal and doing the newbie routine without the excess tension. If it hurts even slightly, you are doing it wrong. Don’t pull to hard or squeeze to much. Just read and read and you will see the light. And it does work if you are consistent in your routine. I have made only minimal gains but I honestly believe that I would have made better gains if not for my extreme early routine. Good luck and don’t touch that thing until it’s back to normal. Later.

Thanks for the reply, it sounds good that it went well for you, hope it will do that for me to.

I have had this same problem for a while my friend.
You probably overworked it like I did. Start doing kegels if you’re not doing them. If you are then you’re on the same page as me. I gave it 3 days rest (with kegels on the rest days) and it was feeling better. I did a workout yesterday again and it’s starting to feel the same again. I really doubt I’m overworking because if I did it any lighter I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be doing anything at all.

Give it a rest.
I think I might have to go on a 1 week hiatus for now even though I really don’t want to. :(
