I wouldn’t restart PE until FULL recovery is reached. Otherwise if there is another injury, it will be worse than the first one.

I have been through some similar experiences, the most punishing of which occurred after some heavy PE sessions involving way too much PE, way too often because I knew that I was going to sleep with this Australian girl. Today it feels much better, my dick is not cold and the blood have started to circulate, still feel some numbness but I think my sensitive will come back in a few days, I will take it very easy now for a week or two until I start again, I want to be fully recovered.
And this is just after one day, so I believe that it will be much better in a week or two.

You probably overworked it like I did. Start doing kegels if you’re not doing them. If you are then you’re on the same page as me. I gave it 3 days rest (with kegels on the rest days) and it was feeling better. I did a workout yesterday again and it’s starting to feel the same again. I think I might have to go on a 1 week hiatus for now even though I really don’t want to. :(

You are playing with fire. Listen to your body. If further PE is causing the same negative PIs again then STOP. Rest. Repeated trauma is not good - it can in some cases be worse than one off heavy trauma.

That’s great news Maroshk!

But as you say leave it until it’s well and truly healed. Whatever you do don’t take a chance, even if it ‘Feels’ OK

And then of course build up slowly and keep the heavy stuff a few months away.
