Hello,

When I do manual stretching I do not feel any pain or discomfort while I am doing it, but for hours later I feel a burning sensation in the glans and an ache in my left leg and or arm. I would say it takes about 36 hours to return to normal.

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I am uncircumcised.

The proper (productive) manual stretching should give you the exact opposite dick state of what you are both experiencing.

The reason is because you are stretching harder than you should.

This sounds very unpleasant. This thread may give you some ideas on what you might do differently. I hope the discomfort eases soon.

Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Problem I am having is that I do not see a way to stretch without stretching skin unless I make some kind of contact with the glans and using it as a stopper so foreskin does not slide forward.

Tricks that work for me:

1. Bunch up the skin to use as a handle (or stop-point), as mentioned. Works even for uncircumcised.

2. Pump. This causes the area under the glans to swell. Works in much the same way as #1.

3. Use a fulcrum. This way, you get the added power of the fulcrum. Mainly, you don’t have to stretch your arm as far.

Another thing you can try is to wrap that area with something soft that will improve your grip so you can pull and not have to squeeze so hard. I use a piece of spandex like stuff from a pair of women’s leggings. Once around, so it’s thin, but gives me a good grip that won’t slide as easy. But you could try just about any soft piece of material. Maybe use something that will absorb the sweat from your hands.

I think it’s better all the way around. If you’re squeezing less, you get better blood flow and you can do it longer before you’ve cut circulation so bad you have to stop and rest.

Yes wrapping the gripping point makes stretching go to an other level.

I am using a thick silicon sleeve and after 5 mins I take it out and massage for 5 secs and put it back on and continue.

I abandoned manual stretching.

A light weight hanger of .5lb. does the job better with minimal hassle and less risk of injury as far as I can tell. After wearing it several hours I can feel the internal shaft being painfully stretched. I think growth only requires a slight stretch over very long periods of time and stretching with too much force causes the penile tissue to shrink in response to injury rather than grow.

Bunch up: When pulling down (toward your glans), pull down as much of your skin as you can. The opposite of this would be to grip directly under your glans and then pull.
Fulcrum: Search the forum. It’s where you drape your dick over something solid and thin. I use the back of a chair.

Are you uncircumcised?

I tried some theraband and it did not work. Where did you get the thick silicon sleeve?

A common item to help grip is a piece of toilet paper, or baby powder. I am partial to the TP because I already have it and don’t have to go buy anything else, haha.

Also this pain sounds like incorrect technique: the aching is probably from pulling too hard, and possibly improper hand placement. Marinera’s thread that someone linked earlier is a great resource to comb through if you haven’t already.

I think the burning feeling for hours after stretching might be from pressure on the glans. The glans is the only place where I can grip without sliding. I pull back the foreskin, then begin the grip about an inch behind the glans and my hand ends up covering the entire glans. I try to squeeze the blood out of the glans before I pull.
