I am just getting back into PE and I have experienced a burning sensation in my ligs. Should I continue to manually stretch as long as I can stand the burning? Or should I take it easy once I notice the burn?

You’re pulling with too much force. If the burn is a true pain, than you shoud rest: maybe you have an inflammation at your ligs. If it’s not a real pain, just take it easy,and prefer SO and SU stretching instead than SD.

It isn’t pain just a slight burning sensation, from what i’ve read this is something that happens quite frequently especially with hangers and newbies, I always thought it was something positive that led to lig fatigue.
