Made Gain In A Month But Losing Sensitivity

Hi all, first of all I would like to say that I have made around 0.7 to 1.3 cm gain (used to be consistent 1.3cm, but the increasing struggle to get very hard erection is preventing me to hit 1.3 cm) in length after about a month of jelq so I could testify that jelqing does work. Thanks for this forum because it’s changing my life and I will make donation to support next month.

However, I am becoming increasingly concern that I am losing sensitivity in the penis. Namely, I am not getting a night or morning wood and It’s becoming increasingly difficult for me to get to 100% erection. I use porn to help me stay semi erected for jelqing and so since I started PE, I have watched porn more than before.. I am not sure if this reliant on porn has induced some kind of ED. Another theory of mine is that I am so conditioned to stay semi erected and relies my hand to push blood up, that it struggles to get fully erected without the aid of lots of external pressure. I do edging too with porn after jelqing so it does able to go fully erected but it is getting increasingly difficult to do so which is getting really concern. I do feel like I am getting more difficult to get erection in general. I wonder if anyone can give opinion on this??

FYI my routine:
10 mins hot sock warm up
1 minutes of each stretch (up, down , left, right, straight out, down-left, down-right)
3 x 15 rotation stretch clockwise and anticlockwise
2 or 3 set of 100 jelq depending on how fatigue I feel that day
Edge for around 10 minutes
Warm down in shower

This is done on a 1 day on 1 day off basis. I notice it seems intense for a newbie so I am going to cut down a bit I think.

You should take rest. There can be many reasons for EQ drop. For example, you got gains too fast, body needs to adapt. Or you could overtrain. Or you could damage your nerve. If you want to do PE anyway, then consider changing to kegel exercise only. Some short 5-10 minutes routine, maybe even few times per day. That can give gains too, at the same time without additional stress (you could easily get injury and that’s serious).


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

I had the same problem with the necessity of using porn while I do PE.
I will give you my reasoning of what can be happening to you, but its only my opinion. Maybe you are overtraining in someway (because you don’t have morning wood and have difficult to get fully erect) and adding it to the extrastimulation with porn, it is making your EQ problem.
You can try to cut the jelquing session to 1 set of 100 jelqs and if it doesn’t work, you can also try a week frequence of 2on1off2on and weekend off. But the main thing is to cut porn. You can start doing it in steps, first try only with a picture and then only with your mind (that worked for me) don’t get anxious if you can’t get an erection at first, calm is the most important thing, the erection will come. I’m sure you have at least 1 fantasy with some girl you know that can make your thing go fully like a rock.

Ok thanks.. Maybe I will rest until I get morning wood again?? Also a noob question, I remember reading somewhere that theres reverse kegel, do I need to do that as well?

Can I also ask, I have thought kegel is to do with fixing ED so I have never done it throughout my routine.. Can it actually help with gain?

What you are describing in your OP isn’t loss of sensitivity. It’s loss of EQ. And this is somewhat normal and temporary, especially when you just start PEing. Paradoxically, to increase the size of our units, we need to break down the tissues with pressure and or force. This break down or deconstruction is what is causing your EQ to be weaker. If it gets too bad, then you definitely need to take a few steps back and have more rest days. But ultimately, if you want a bigger penis, you’re going to have to deal with this from time to time.

Kegel improves blood circulation and erection. Even if you have 9/10 EQ, it makes it 10. If you have 10/10, then it makes 11/10. And stronger erection always have bigger size. You can’t get gains with that only if you have ultra strong default erections.

I have found porn to be very toxic for me. I quit for 5 months and it made a big difference. Then I fell off the wagon for one week and it wrecked my progress and EQ for at least 2 weeks and still isn’t as good without a visual element. Will take me weeks more to reset I feel.

If you can tone it down and wean off it might help longterm

Kegel seems so easy to do and can be done anytime.. May I ask is it possible to kegel too much?

Yeah rested for 2 days now and can only see some sign of improvement (1/2 erections during sleep today) but normally I get it pretty much as soon as I lay down.. I feel some heaviness and a tiny amount of pain on the top side of penis (side facing the ceiling) near the base so I guess I did overtrained.. I think this is caused by the downward stretch (down, down left, down-right) but I am not entirely sure.. What do you guys think the cause is?

Bib says that it is quite normal to lose sensitivity after gaining length, several users in his forum reported it.

Just relax and do not put pressure into your head to increase anxiety, you’ll see that your EQ will return to normal.
