I`ve been hanging for almost 4 month now every day 30 min to 1 hour (3,75 kg-6,75kg). So far I have only noticed a Flacid stretch gain of 0,6 cm (0,20”). Would you consider this to be a normal gain? Also, for now I havent been doing any girth work at all. Should I continue with only hanging and streching or ad som girth work like pumping and jelquing?

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 months and haven’t gained anything at all =(

10 hours a minimum?? Sounds like a lot!

Is it really nesessary to hang 10 hours a week? If I would hang like 7 horus a week wouldnt that be enough to gain in the long run?

Bullshit! There is no minimum or maximum, it’s different for everyone, some get better gains of just a little everyday.

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

A BPFSL gain of 0.2? Before or after, it shoud translate in EL gain. One millimeter for month. Theorically, 1/2” gain in one year. Not that bad I suppose, if you had no better gains with other techniques.

Its a long slow road. If I rationally worked out the opportunity cost of trying to grow my penis, it would be phenomenal. But it is a hobby and I enjoy it. There are statistics here somewhere about time needed per MM of growth, etc. I think if I grew one MM a month I would be quite happy.
