I read that the best way to gain length from jelqing is at 20-40% erections. But.when I do that I feel like no blood at all. There doesn’t seem to be enough blood being forced throw at a low erection. The head of the penis doesn’t even get that hard as before. Is that normal because I don’t’ feel any force of blood.

Same problem here - I don’t feel a “pump” at low erection levels.

Try a firmer grip.

You are right, 20%-40% (or 50%) if good for length-gain-jelq. It’s very different from the girth-gain-jelq, that you need to have higher erection and more blood, so it is normal you don’t get your head harder and any force of blood. The best way I have tried is the direction of your dick is downward, just use medium force grip, and when reach near the glans, you tighthen your grip and pull further, this will pull you ligs.

When you jelq for girth, is the head supposed to swell with each stroke, or should it pretty much stay swollen the entire session? I know if I’m hard and I milk my dick to the glans, the head swells. When I let go, it shrinks a bit. What’re you looking for when jelqing?

I think the best way to jelq is at 50-60% erection. In my opinion the Jelq is a primarily girth enhancing exercise. I think the only people who gain length, are those who are just starting out and gain length from the slight pulling stress put on the penis. (Newbie gains). But then again, everyone has a different body. At 20-30% you are “pulling and stretching” more than you are “Jelqing.”

I’ve noticed when Jelqing that sometimes I get more blood built up in the entire shaft and it gets really veiny (if that’s a real word) but other times it’s only the glans that get swollen. Maybe I don’t have the technique down perfectly but I guess my question is, which is better?

I jelq at low erection level too (mostly downward and holding one second) but I feel pumped and my glans gets engorged, I can literally feel the blood moving along my shaft till head, especially with a tight grip and kegeling just before starting the stroke. I think this way of jelqing both stimulates length & girth.

I generally kegel some blood in there every few strokes as well if I feel like I might have lost some on a stroke.

It is normal to feel not that much blood, at least when you compare it to high intensity jelqing. You should feel a little blood moving through your penis though.

Like L4L already said you could compare it to stretching. The jelqing movement stretches the penis out more opposite to the of movement of blood which you get with high intensity jelqing. This is a good thing because the more blood pressure, the more girth gains and that is not what you are aiming at with low intensity jelqing.
