LOT and Stretching
I am brand new to this forum! I have some questions that I have not been able to find the answers to and hopefully ya’ll can help.
I have a very low LOT (7-6:00). Which according to Bib Theory, I should focus on high stretches. However, when erect, my penis points upward, while the most pain coming from stretching it downwards (while erect). I was wondering if this inability to stretch downwards should prompt me to also do low stretches, as to stretch the top lig when I do PE. Any advice would be great, along with
