Less Occurrence Of morning and night erections

Firstly, I would like to say that I am really glad to find this forum and it’s a really great place.

So I am 23 years old and recently I have found out that my night and morning erections are not that regular as it used to be. Also the ones I used to get during the daytime, have decreased . I was using extenders for 2-4 hours a day ,3-4 times a week before finding this forum. What I have noticed is whenever I do the newbie routine, the following night and the next morning, I get really good erections( both in the night and morning) but when I take a break for a day or two, it’s not the same. Can you guys tell, what might be the problem? Also , I am not active sexually.

That is a great sign, you are having very good PI’s when you do a routine. Your penis is telling you it’s happy with what’s going on.

It wouldn’t be good if it was the opposite, which is that when you did your routine you experienced less morning and night wood then you did before PE.

Thank you Makehergocrazy

I really want to have a healthy penis.
I am a smoker , not a heavy one but I am trying to cut it down.
One of the things I am worried about is I can’t get an erection at will like I used to get as a teenager.
