I can't monitor nocturnal and morning erections

Hey mates!!

I’m a little worried because I can’t monitor my morning Woods and night woods.Before starting the penis enlargement I didn’t wake up every day with morning wood and in these 3 weeks with the newbie routine I did not wake up 1 day with a morning wood but in the evening of some days and the last two days off if I had nocturnal erections that woke me up. I do not know if this is something normal or I am rare. :(

Other fellas around here I see they have all or almost every day morning woods and night erections. Rare is the day that do not have them however for me the rare thing is to have them …

I think being concerned about this also contribute to not sleep well and constantly suggestionating me.

I am open to all kinds of tips, tips and warnings.

You’re fine. Everybody is different. If you are having no other issues other than this stop worrying.

You are probably fine. Are you in good health otherwise? Probably, you are having nocturnal erections, but they pass before you wake up.

I really recommend the book “The Hardness Factor” by Dr. Lamm, since following the advice I have noticed an increase in my hardness and morning wood. Sometimes it wakes me up!

Hey I have that happen too somewhat. I used to have very frequent erections throughout the night and when I started getting serious recently it faded sort of.

If you haven’t already you should read about Physilogical Indicators. They tell you based on how your penis is acting throughout the day whether you’re training well or not. They’re really good for pointing you in the right direction

Can happen with stretches. Stretching can create EQ problems which arent a problem if you still can get an erection through arousal.
You can play around with your routine a bit to check if this changes your dicks feedback. A strict routine is good but at some point you need to check what works for you personally.

If I do hard girth work I get the next night raging erections but if I do the same exercise for many days I dont get them. So I do a pause.

Get your sleep right and relax, its more important then PE, and if you have not enough quality sleep you erections, gains etc. will suffer.

I never wake up with morning wood - never, even before PE, its rare for me to do so. As long as everything seems similar to before, I’m under the impression that this is a neatural PI and I don’t really think of it.


Starting stats - 03-03-2017:

BPEL 14.5CM, MSEG 12CM

My EQ is fine I will reduce to 8 minutes the stretches and without too much force. Tonight I’ve awakened a nighttime erection not rock hard but it’s not a bad sign.

This week I made a slight change that has given me good PIs, I changed my routine from 5on2off to 3on1off2on1off, because I think that I do better, maybe later on I will return to 5on2off.
I also reduced my simple stretches to 7 and a half minutes.

I have not stopped nightly erections tonight.

This week I have done all the training days, 5 ‘warming 7.5’ simple stretching 200jelqs
