lasting longer

so me and my girlfriend had sex today, and i found out that im going to have some adjusting to do because she likes to go really, really fast the whole way through.I only lasted 5 mins when usually im a 30-minute man. So now i have to find a way to be able to last at least 30 minutes. has anyone had this problem, overcame it or know how to deal with it?

well shes the lazy type so she likes for me to control things. i told her before today that i go around 25-35 min. average, so i know she was very dissapointed

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe that will get something through her head. Cause as far as my regular stroking speed, i usually start medium, work up to fast, slow down and repeat. I guess i have to get her used to it.
