Can kegels make you last longer.

I keep hearing some people say kegels make you last longer as well as giving you better erctions and letting you squirt your load further.

I also hear some people say kegels can not make you last longer but they do give you all the other things i mentioned before.

I would like to know do kegels make you last longer or not?

I can only last for 5 minutes but would like to be able to last like 30 minutes.

Any tips on what I can do?

Search for kegel routines, try edging too, that has helped me. One thing is try not to do kegels frequently during sex or masturbation some members (including myself) have been adversely effected by this and have actually come a lot faster because of it.
