Large gains from manual excersizes?

Large gains from manual excersizes?

I was wondering if large gains are achievable by only doing jelqing , manual stretches , fowfers , and once I am more experienced more advanced excersizes. Are large length gains achievable without using hangers , pumps , and other ‘machines’?

Yes, it is possible. Most members herer have gained all from manual exercises. ERambone, Okish6er, kingpole, Panos are a few which come to mind.

see my signature… i do only manual excercises, also a little of manual clamping but is very fatiguous.


The Beginning(18 Aug 2005): BPEL 6.10" EG 5.10" Now (24 dec 2006): BPEL 7'00" EG 5'40" The Target: BPEL 7'90" EG 6'50"

I’ve only done manual exercise and I’ve gained a good amount of lenght, but never really conentrated on girth anyways. It’s definitely do-able man.


Current: BPEL - 7.375", NBPEL - 6 1/8" - 6 1/4", EG - 5.375"

Goals (Modest): BPEL - 7 3/4", EG - 5 3/4"

Goals (Maybe one day): BPEL - 8.5", EG - 6 "

I have only done manual exercises. Gains in sig. It took a lot of hard work but is do-able. Just have to be consistent :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Encoorporate an ADS with a manual routine. If you use it, you will see results. That’s all I can tell you. Do your routine and wear your ADS.

Right now I’m sticking to the newie rutine for 2 or 3 months. Im going to focus on length first , jelqing at low erection levels and stretching.

It takes money to buy or make though. My take, if you are gaining from manual, forget about devices until you stop gaining.
