Kegels and Reverse KEgels

start 5.9 bpel
now 6.2 bpel

I was wondering if anyone has had any gains or losses from kegeling or reverse kegels.
My current routine is btc stretches for an hour and 15 minutes of mixed stretches
Ive read different things and wasn’t really sure if kegeling since you pull in could
restrict bpel growth at all? I read about DLD doing reverse Kegels and saying he gained
from that? I did have better erections from Kegeling.
