I just want to ask, is really kegel an important part of the routine? Why?

After doing Kegels for awhile now I’ve noticed a higher frequency of morning erections. I’m talking about rock solid pointing to the moon type erections. I also noticed this after about the first 3 or 4 days.

Kegel strength the PC muscle, and give you a great control over this important muscular. By training it, I’m able now to keep this muscle relax during masturbation.

By training on this method, I think you can go for as long as you want without ejaculation. This is true because if this muscle didn’t flex, there will be no ejaculation.

after a short time training my PC, I’m able now to keep stroking my penis and feel the orgasm build up but without let it go. A lot of training is required to master this technique, but there is already a big difference.

But I don’t think that it’s important part of the routine. If you don’t do it, you will still see results.

But believe me man, you should do it.
