In the newbie routine and a lot of others it says to hold kegels for around 5 seconds, although i can only seem to do them for a very very short time, 2 seconds at the very most.

Do i just have a really weak bc muscle?

If anyone can help on my way to getting stronger that’d help :)

You probably do have a weak BC. Doing kegels will make it stronger. You don’t have to hold it for five seconds. That’s only a recommendation. Hold for as long as you can and move on to the next one.
