Just measured my LOT, how can I optimize my routine to my LOT

Just measured my LOT, how can I optimize my routine to my LOT

I just measured my LOT after PEing and Stretching, warmed down for 5 mins and sat around for another 10min b4 I measured. I have to say, the results got me disappointed.. My LOT is 7.

I read I can’t get much from Ligament gains, so what should I do?

Should I Jelq at an upward angel? Which stretching routing can I use?

Would appreciate any input.

P.S. I feel seriously shitty at the moment, how can I have a Low LOT if I’m still a newbie at PEing? *Sigh*

And I have difficulty getting a firm hold when doing upward stretches.. Crap. Any one got any suggestions?

Don’t worry about LOT theory, it’s just that - a theory. There are plenty of guys with low LOT that have gained, as well as plenty of guys with high LOT that have found things difficult.

Try not to get bogged down in the science of PE, just concentrate on being consistent and focused. If you can get a firm grip stretching in the other directions, you can do it upwardly. It just takes practice. PE takes months to master. Persevere.

Oh and before instead of b4. Read the Forum Guidelines when you can. :)

I agree with Drilla. Forget the LOT, practice until you see no more gains, then change your routine.

And yes: perseverance wins the race.

Aye, thanks you two. But I’m gonna amend my stretching routine to include a upward stretch now (just in case). Oh and sorry about the ‘b4’ drilla9, I was panicking just now and forgot bout the guidelines. Sorry.

LOT means nothing in my opinion; zero, zip, nada.

After reading everything I could find on the subject, I’m also convinced that LOT is not worth worrying about.
