Just measured my LOT, how can I optimize my routine to my LOT
I just measured my LOT after PEing and Stretching, warmed down for 5 mins and sat around for another 10min b4 I measured. I have to say, the results got me disappointed.. My LOT is 7.
I read I can’t get much from Ligament gains, so what should I do?
Should I Jelq at an upward angel? Which stretching routing can I use?
Would appreciate any input.

P.S. I feel seriously shitty at the moment, how can I have a Low LOT if I’m still a newbie at PEing? *Sigh*
