Double LOT - is it possible?

Hi folks,

since I’m pretty new to this forum, first of all let me say hello to every one of you. (Hello!)

Now, onto the subject. I’ve decided to do PE a week ago. Since then, I tried to read as much as I could, so that I can do things in a correct way. However, I’m pretty much lost as far as my LOT is concerned.

If I understand it correctly, LOT (i.e.: loss of tug back) is the indicator of which methods one should follow if interested in gaining length. A high LOT means that your ligaments are tight, and you should perform lot’s of hanging, whereas a low LOT shows that you should attack the tunica right away. I also learned that your LOT is at a point where there is virtually no tug back. So far so good.

The problems are:

(1) I wanted to measure my LOT, and I measured it in the FLACCID state. Did I do this correctly, or should I have done it while erect?

(2) I found that there are NO TUG BACKS in 2 DIFFERENT STATES:

- NO TUG BACK AT 6 THRU 7
- NO TUG BACK AT 11 THRU 12

(3) I also found, that between 7 and 11 there is huge tug back, the BIGGEST TUG BACK at around 10, decreasing in every direction

Questions

a) Is it possible? If not, what do you think I did wrong?

b) If possible what the consequences are? What methods shall I follow?

c) If I think that my ligs are loose, shall I bother with hanging at all?

d) If having loose ligs is the case for me, how much gains can I hope for? (How much of an opportunity have I lost because of not having tight ligs?)

Intangibles:

I’m a 28 yr-old athlete. My member is not small, in fact it is bigger than average, and my goal is gaining girth rather than length. In numbers:

Starting with:

8 inches EBPL
5.75 inches EG

Goal:

9.25 EBPL
7.25 EG

What method do you recommend to reach my goal, if

a) I really do have a double LOT (at 7 and at 12)
b) I dis-measured it somehow, and I have an LOT only at 7 (loose ligs)

thanks for the warm welcome. :-)

Well, I did some LOT determining again this morning. The funny thing is: THE MORE I READ ABOUT IT THE MORE CONFUSED I GET.

So the way I do it: standing next to mirror, gland in right hand, pointing to chin - ground, lateral view in mirror, top view thru the naked eye. :-) Now, I think a tugback happens when dicky MOVES TO THE INSIDE, and NOT WHEN skin responds to a Kegel. I have to make it clear for myself, because I feel and can see skin movement at all angles (from 6 to 12), but there are virtually no member-moves from 8 thru 6 and from 11.30 to 12. I say “virtually” because I wouldn’t say I cannot see any movement at all. There is some movement all the time.

So what shall I be looking for? How much movement do we consider as a tugback? Can someone have a double LOT? If yes, which methods is he to follow? Then again: I have a gut feeling that my LOT is aruond 7.30 - 8. (I just want to make sure I don’t blow my chances by dis-measuring.) If an LOT of 7.30 is the case:

a) how much potential have I lost because I won’t have too much gains thru ligamental stretch?
b) what procedures shall I begin with

Because I don’t want to make more than 1.5 inches in the length department, I hope I can do that w/o a high LOT. ANY EXPERIENCE, ANYONE? Thunder? :-)

With your current size, if you really want to emphasize girth gains (and likely length gains) first, I would suggest doing dryjelqs. For a newbie, it’s simple, uncomplicated, doesn’t require any external apparatus and can give excellent results.

Begin with an ok grip (palm of your hand facing your crotch) at the base your shaft, be at least 70-80% erect, squeeze firmly and slowly pull up the shaft stopping below the glans, release and repeat. This will work your girth well and also encourage length. Try to perform 20 slow dryjelqs at a time, stop, shake your dick against your thigh for circulation and repeat. Do as many repetitions as you can, as often as you can, either in one sitting or spread out many times doing the day. Just do it! Check your progress after one month and reevaluate. Good luck.

thanks for your comment. OK, I’m going to read the dry jelq part again. However, I still have 3 questions:

1) Because my LOT is probably 7-7.30: WHICH DIRECTION shall I dry jelq to? Jelq downwards (glans pointing to the ground), upwards, east, west? :-) Or the direction of the jelqing movement simply doesn’t count?

2) I’m not planning on measuring my gains very often, don’t want to be discouraged by lack of improvement in the first few months. :-) I learned it takes time, effort and dedication, so I’ll stick with it for a while anyway.
Question a: when you say “slow” motion, what do you mean? 3 secs/jelq?
Question b: when do you think I should explore new techinques, priveded it works / doesn’t work

3) Starting from 8 X 5.75, LOT 7.30, what’s your take on my possible gains in let’s say a year from now? (I plan to create a 5/2 schedule (2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off), 2 hrs a day) Where do you think I’ll end up?

(It is important because my girlfriend whom I imagine a VERY long-term relationship with. Her ex had 9 X 6.75, that’s the reason I need this. She wants girth in the first place, length is absolutely OK for her in my current state.)

Hey bilbo,

Your the first that I have heard of with a double LOT. I would think ignore the 11:30-12:00 high LOT and use the 7:30 to 8:00 LOT.

A good thing for you to do is, find the Newbie Routine and start doing some PE. If you are going to work up to a 2 hour a day workout, then do it gradually. Take a couple of months (at least) to get your dick conditioned to a workout, then add to your workout a little at a time.

With an 8:00 LOT you can still work the ligs some. Maybe do a couple of months then check you lot again. Decide if you need to hit the tunica then.

It’s great to see a new guy doing the research before he starts, but don’t overthink it. Get started, continue your research as you go forward, and make your decisions based on what you are finding as you go.

Slow is 3 seconds or longer.

thanks a lot for your interest in my how-to-get-started questions. You are right, I came to the same conclusion of ignoring the high LOT.

I’m starting my routine today as follows.

warmup
some stretching (3-4 mins)
dry jelq (10 x 20) (15 mins)
Kegels (5 mins)
dryjelq (6 x 15) (10 mins)
some stretching (3-4 mins)
Kegels (5 mins)

cca 40 minutes, twice a day

Two fast questions:

1) which direction shall I stretch (LOT 7.30) ?
2) which direction shall I dry jelq. Also: sitting or standing?

That’s all for now, all I need to know are these answers. I’ll keep you updated as I proceed, next measurments coming on the 1st of August, starting now at 8 X 5.75 (EBPL/EG)

#1 Straight out, up. Anything above your lot, which gives you plenty of leeway.

#2 Doesn’t matter much, what ever you do that will keep you comfortable. Try a little of everything and find what you like to do best. At least at first. Don’t make your routine so hard that you dread doing it. This is work enough without being unnecessarily uncomfortable.

You are looking at about an hour a day of actual exercising (not counting kegels), that is a lot to just jump right into. Maybe start with half that at first.

Response:I would suggest dryjelqing downward, just because you can facilitate a much stronger pull in this manner. I’m not the best person to give advice on “LOT”. It’s a theory that I haven’t worked with during my PE career.

a) I would recommend a slow dryjelq using a count of 7-10 per each jelq, really encouraging bloodflow up the shaft and shaft expansion.
b) Stick with a routine for at least one month before switching around so you can see any direct results of the one technique. Now, impatience can get the best of everyone. If you decide to just throw everything at your dick, keep in mind that if you do make good gains then you won’t be able to get a sense of which specific technique is most effective on your dick. It’s not a big problem, but a potential reality.

No one can predict gains. You’re fortunate that you are already starting at a larger size. So, be patient, don’t over measure and drive yourself crazy, stay consistent and see what happens.

This statement concerns me. PE for yourself, not because you want to outdo her ex boyfriend. Also, how do you even know he was 9 x 6.75? She guessed at the measurements? You’re treading on uncomfortable psychological territory, if the ex’s size is what’s driving you!

Dear peforeal,

My hat goes down to you, really, but I think there is a slight misunderstanding here. I’m trying to explain the situation a little bit, because it is more complex than it may seem at first sight. My girlfriend and I experience a great sexual life together, and I think I can state this as a fact. We both had quite a lot sexual partners before. I won’t bother you with the numbers, but we both had many many ex-lovers, therefore we know what we are talking about when we say, it’s great for us being together. Of course a good relationship is not only about sex, I know. I’m just talking about this part for simplicity’s sake. Furthermore, we also have a 4-year-old child, a wonderful girl. However it is not forbidden in our relationship to have one night stands separately every now and then. (Not very often, but it happens.) It is good for both of us, because we don’t want to lie one another, and sometimes we feel like having sex with someone else.

Now, onto size issues. My girlfriend (no, she is not my wife on paper, and we do not plan to marry soon) was always keen on somewhat bigger cocks. When I asked, she said that everything above 7 X 5.5 is satisfying for her, so there is no problem there with me. However, I also asked which was the biggest one she had, and only then did she tell me about her ex, and 9 X 6.75. Yes, she did measure it out of curiosity.
