Hi guys,

just confirmed that the best way to measure lot is in the mirror. You can easily see when tugback reduces substantially.

My understanding is that by stretching in a downwards direction, and using V stretches, length gains will be easy.

Also, as these exercises progress, your lot will gradually move towards 6. Is this correct?

Well, they’ll be easier than tunica gains. That’s for sure.

You’re right about LOT moving downwards until it hits 6:00 but a lot of guys start working the tunica when it hits 7. Divide and conquer.

Tunica stretches are what I need since my lot is at 6 now. V stretches, right?


I think that V-stretches are for the ligs as opposed to the tunica.
